It has held up through her use, and for our 2 year old. They both love it! The flip-phone feature is especially fun. Elmo's eyes move when the phone is flipped open. The phone is just the right size for little (and bigger) hands to hold. It has many sounds which are fun to listen to, and not too loud at all.<br/><br/>I'd definitely recommend this phone, because it holds little ones' attention for a long time, is durable (virtually unbreakable!), and lasts for years....
