My son loves this product. We tried putting him in it at 4 months but he was scared of it. Suddenly at 5 months, something clicked and he decided it was great. Now at 6 months, he spends a lot of time bouncing and standing in this jumper. He likes the toys on the side but we took off the front toy because it made a lot of noise. I don't care for the music. The seat is easy to take off to wash. I like that it has mutiple levels to adjust it as your child grows. We just moved him to the second level. This is a safe way for my son to get the exercise he craves. Our pediatrician does not advise using a door jumper as they cause a lot of accidents. The bands on this are well-covered and I feel my son is safe in it. He smiles and laughs as he jumps. It is actually entertaining for us adults to watch him! People can hear him jumping in it when I am on the phone with them so I suppose it might be considered noisy even without the music.
...

The Fisher Price Jumperoo is a very colorul jumper that comes with lots of bells and whistles. Not only does it provide great exercise for my five month old, it has other toys and activities that keep him busy when he's not jumping. He loves to play with the beads that can be pushed back and forth and he's just fascinated by the little kangaroo toy on the front. It's also nice that there is a a button that plays music - soon my son will learn the cause and effect of pushing the button plays music.

I bought the toy used for $25 which was a total steal - it's still in great condition and it is nice that the seat can be removed to wash it. The toy was very easy to set up, readjust the height, and I know that it will also be easy to take apart for storage.

I definitely prefer jumpers over exersaucers - I feel that my baby is getting much more exercise. It provides a great place for my son to sit while I am cleaning around the house or we are watching TV with him.

I love that this...
...

We were given the Fisher Price Deluxe Jumperoo when I was pregnant, and we've used it since my son was about 5 months old. He loved it then, and loves it still now that he's almost a year old. It's great when I need to leave the room for more than a second and want to make sure he stays out of trouble. There are three different toys on it, and he can jump in it, so he doesn't get bored easily. My son has always been very tall, so it's nice that there's 4 different height settings. The only bad part that I've noticed is that it's somewhat difficult to adjust the height settings. We did receive ours used, so that could be why. It's also not easy to move around the house like an exersaucer is, but it comes in really handy when I need to use the bathroom or take the trash out and don't want to worry about what he's getting into. It's a wonderful tool that I would most definitely recommend to any new parents out there!
...

My son absolutely LOVED his Jumperoo! It was a sad day when we had to pack it up when he had outgrown it. I really have no complaints about it, other than it is HUGE, but to keep it stable the legs needs to be far apart. I highly recommend any of the Jumperoos for your little ones!
...

karkli says "Great entertainer for babies who want to move!" about Fisher Price Deluxe Jumperoo

The Fisher Price Deluxe Jumperoo is a great product that entertains babies in a safe way. Once babies are old enough to support their heads and bodies in an upright position, the Jumperoo is fun and allows them to play independently or interact with adults.

The songs and lights on the toy bar entertain infants, though the songs can be turned off so as not to annoy others in the room, if that's necessary. The height is adjustable to accomodate baby's growing legs, and the seat can be removed and machine washed. All hard plastic parts can be wiped down and/or disinfected whenever necessary.

The only cons are that the unit is bulky but it does fold to allow it to be moved relatively easily from room to room. It is heavy and a little awkward, though.

misshunt says "Necessary baby item!" about Fisher Price Deluxe Jumperoo

I didn't get a jumperoo until my third child, so I can tell you from experience that this item is a must have! My baby loved it!

Here are a few good attributes:

- comfortable seat (my baby was happy to sit in it)

- so much fun (everytime I put my baby in this, his eyes would pop and he would giggle with delight)

- great exercise (my baby was slow to crawl, so this was his only exercise for a few months)

- grows with baby (has various adjustable heights)

- toy bar entertains as well, with lights and sounds

- toy bar can easily be removed, with a snack bar underneath

- all children are fascinated with this toy, I had lots of big kids crawling in there

- well built

A few attributes I did not like:

- music was a little annoying, but can easily be turned off

- bulky and takes up a lot of space

- not easily stored

- design was a little jarring, I would have liked it to fit in with my decor a little more with neutral colors (but it is a baby toy and babies light bright things)

- fabric on seat...
...

I think the fisher price jumperoo is a great product, on the down side my kid will not fall asleep anywhere else but in the jumper. I love this product and it worked well when my son was about 15 months old until now. He's 3 yrs. old and he still wants to be in the jumper. In fact, he falls asleep in it for his nap and his bedtime which is pretty good for me. I'm just afraid that eventually he won't be able to fall asleep in his own bed or rather on his own. Now I have a 13 month old who I try not to put in the jumper just for those reasons. If I try to put it the garage my son cries to go in there. I would like to know if their are any more options besides putting him in the jumper to sleep? I've tried to put him in the bed to fall asleep and he sleeps eventually but it's just a hassle to get him to sleep on his own. When he was younger I loved it because I would just put him in there to get things done around the house, but now he just goes in there to go to sleep. I would definetly recommend...
...

The Fisher Price Jumperoo Deluxe is the greatest baby product for keeping the baby content while also providing fun, activity and strengthening. My son was very active and would never sit still in most stationary products. He was very active and enjoyed jumping up and down and pressing the buttons to activate the lights and sounds. The Jumperoo can be used starting at 4 months and used even after 1 year depending on your child's weight. There are 4 levels to make the Jumperoo higher as your child grows. Your child should be able to hold their head strong enough on their own before allaoing them to play in the Jumperoo. The seat is easily removable to be washed and replaced which is great when snacking. The down side to the Fisher Price Jumperoo is it does not fold very well so it takes up a lot of space when trying to store. We always had it set up because it's sort of pointless the way it folds.

The Fisher Price Jumperoo is a product I highly recommend to offer you time to get things...
...

krystinak4903 says "The deluxe jumperoo was by far the best toy we owned for our son" about Fisher Price Deluxe Jumperoo

The Fisher Price Deluxe Jumperoo was by far the best buy my husband and I made for our son! He started using it when he was about 4 months old, and used it daily until he was 10 months old. My son fought sleep in a TERRIBLE way, but with the Jumperoo, he would sit in it and play and obviously jump; watching Baby Einstein for 20 minutes and fall asleep! It was amazing! It strengthened his leg muscles and kept him entertained and gave me time as a busy mom to get some cleaning and cooking done. The only down side to the jumperoo was it was a bit of a hastle to take down and put back up, and its a bit awkward so in order to take it from room to room in an apartment at least you had to take it down. Most of the time we just left it in the living room since thats where we used it the most anyways, and it didn't create much of a problem. It is also really handy to take outside and let your baby jump outside to get some sunshine and fresh air. My son got frustrated very easily by being outside...
...

The Fisher Price Jumperoo is tons of fun for your energetic infant. When I had first seen jumpers on the market I was taken aback by their evolotion. Just 7 years prior my son had a "Johnny jump up" that was hung in the doorway. He had a ton of fun and it was very entertaining for others to watch him jump and bounce and giggle in delight. With my second child, we were going to purchase a new jumper and my husband was pretty opposed to the type that hung in the doorway. We live in a new home and he was worried about the wear and tear on the woodwork around the doorway. We decided on the Jumperoo. While the unit was pretty large, it was a ton of fun for our daughter. The jumperoo has music and lights that are activated by her movement. She would giggle as she jumped and bounced and made music and saw the lights. I recommend the Jumperoo as a fun activity for your child and a way for her to focus her energy on exercise.
...

I first had a Jumperoo when my five year old son was a baby... he would sit in it for hours at a time, just jumping and giggling. Now my daughter is 8 months old and we have purchased the newer version. Just as fun as I remembered! I love that you can put this anywhere. You do not need a door jam. There is no bottom to it though, so you may want to place on carpet so it doesn't slide around. The spring straps are covered well and have had no issues with fingers or hands getting stuck. The seat cover does come off, and so do the toys that are attached to the tray for easy cleaning. The adjustable height is great. My daughter is only on level two, so we still have two more levels to go before she grows out of it. The weight for the bouncer is 25 lbs, so if you have a chubby child he may not be able to use it to its potential (which was the problem with my first child... ) However my daughter, on the other hand, is average size and is going to get plenty of mileage from this toy. I couldn't...
...

But after seeing him in it, I was no longer concerned. He also loves the music that plays. I finally found something that would keep him occupied and happy for more than two minutes. The only thing that bothers me about it is the covers on the straps do not stay down like the instructions warn you. I just move his hands when he trys to grab them.
