They gave my name to AIG insurance. After reviewing the insurance, I cancelled it through AIG and they said they would take it off my bill. They have not and Fingerhut who took care of the billing continues to call me as many as 10 times a day. I have told them in no uncertain terms that I do not owe them anything and I will never pay them. The total bill was only 19.00 and $15 in late charges for a total of $34.00. They will never get the money they claim I owe them. They are wasting their time and I do not answer my phone when it is them thanks to call ID. I would never buy another thing from them and would advise others not to buy from them.

I bought a comforter set from them. The first time I washed it in cold water on handwash, gentle it faded from black to grey, the filling clumped, and the seams ripped.

I used to shop at Fingerhut, for years. They are great for disposable items, such as small gifts for children's parties. They have a good variety of cheap items. Many of the items that look a little sturdier, such as some cutsie shelving items, have been "out" when I have ordered them. When I call to check they do not offer up ant kind of solution. Other Items I have received looked okay until I received them, and then they do not live up to what was promised.

I have never shopped their credit deals because of the high interest rates. I always tried to shop when they had a free shipping deal or coupon going on, because with the shipping the item costs get pretty pricey.

I personally try to shop American made products made of American made materials when ever it is possible. The items here are almost always imported items. Therefore I no longer will shop them.

i love the monthly payments. it's easy when you dont have alot of money and the credit limit is nicee. it does cost more for products on fingerhut than on other sites but i really dont mind because of the monthly payments. i love fingerhut and i order on there at least once a month, if not more

I ordered a magnolia bed set plus the valance - on computer the background appeared white - it is actually green - a definant green, not pale green that would show up white - i called customer service, spoke with Kim - she said it shows pale green on her computer - ( maybe her computer is better than mine? ) - i think it needs to show more true colors for PC's since this is where customers order from.

The box was not sesure when I rec'd it but Kim said the post office would probably not "RETURN TO SENDER" and therefore I'd be responsible for postage back ( which means that Fingerhut will not credit the origanal shipping back to my card ). This is a clarence item - price was good only since it was clarence - but shipping is high. By the time I paid shipping both ways I would have spent more than the price of the set. Also - Fingerhut has to rec it back, of course, process everything, then credit my card. All this would probably take over 2 months.

I did enjoy shopping with FingerHut in the past but, with the economy the way it is I just can't afford to shop with Finger Hut. Shipping prices are high,also....

I shop there regularly. My last purchase was a printer made by Brother. I like the fact that they have credit cards, but they could reduce prices a bit. You do need to be careful and price shop. Some of their items are higher priced than other places. Sometimes that is fine with me because this is the only "credit card" that I have. So far, everything that I have ordered, we have been satisfied with. Plus, it's a great way to build up mypoints. I had planned on ordering from there again today....

finger hut has been around for years but the Fact is their products are not worth the money you spend on their products they shouldnt even be in bussiness in my 2 cents

i would not ever buy anything from them be careful/ be cautious be warned

dont buy from there their products are very cheaply made and will tear up very soon after purchase

I really do like fingerhut! I've been ordering from them for years. The most recent thing I've ordered was an Guitar. I really enjoy it. I would definitely recomend it. Great items and OK prices, sometimes their prices are high.......

Do not get an account with finger-hut. They over charge you, compared to other retail stores and on-line websites. Their fee's are ridiculous and you end up paying 2x's more then what it's worth....

I have had the opportunity to shop with Fingerhut in the past. I liked the payment plan and it fit my budget. I would like to see the prices of some things come down a little, I could actually go to a store and purchase the same thing for less money. I purchased a hair dryer and although I have had it a very long time, it is still in great working condition. I would recommend shopping with Fingerhut....
