I really like Farm Bureau Insurance, because they know you by name when you walk in the door. These agents are not just an agent trying to make a comission, they actually have your best interest at heart. They offer several different options for insurance, and they do give quotes on the spot. They also give several different payment options, trying to find the best payment plan to fit your budget. If you ever have any questions or concerns about your insurance policy or insurance you are wanting to get, they are very knowlegable in the different policies, and can answer your questions. When it comes to claims for an accident or home repairs, they never give you a problem about the process. They try to make it as smooth as possible. And you can rest assured that at the end of the day, they take care of their customers....

Our family has had Farm Bureau as our insurance company now for a little over ten years! They have been very good on their prices and no one can beat them as of yet!

Our family started using them only because we had gotten in a wreck and the people who had hit us had Farm Bureau. Farm Bureau took care of us right away and were very friendly! I told my husband that I wanted to have an honest company like this to back us up in time of need! So, after the wreck we picked up the phone got a quote and low and behold it was the lowest price in town!

Most of the time I would say that when I call I'm usually able to talk to someone quickly and if not they get back with me ASAP! I haven't one time in over ten years ever had anyone treat me rude! Now days that is a good thing that I don't find very often! They have always been a friendly company!

I would recommend this company without a doubt to all of you, my friends and family!

I have been with Farm Bureau for 9 years and would not change for the world!!! I have looked into other companies but none of them could match the price that we pay for insurance.

My spouse and I have been with this company for a combined 45 years and filed our first claim on our home and we literally had to beg to get stuff paid for that should have been no brainers, the roof was damaged by hail and when you replace a roof you have to replace the turbines or it voids the 20 or 30 year warranty you are given on the shingles. I would have expected better service and not such nickle and dimeing tactics for any of their customers, this definitly let me know how appreciated my business is and I will be changing companies asap.

We have both our home (in my name) and three vehicles (two in my name and one in my husband's) insured with them, I went in and got the insurance and all the checks come from me but they put ONLY my husband's name on every correspondence they send which I think is ridiculous. They should put both our names on there so I'm not just an afterthought. I said something to them and they said that is just their policy. Well, fine whatever....

Lightning struck out home a few weeks ago. Our heating and A/C unit were totally destroyed. We went to our local Farm Bureau office the next morning to report the loss. The next day, a Farm Bureau insurance adjuster was at our house, and we had had someone out to give an estimate. The adjuster took pictures of the damages, and told us we would have our check within 72 hours, and we did. The next day, we had a new unit installed. So from the time the lightning stike hit our home until the insurance settled the matter was six days. IN my opinion, that was excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone.

My insurance company was there for me until they asked my son to reliquish his license and he wouldn't, so they just exist until I can move it to my husband's company....
