the evenflo titan elite converter car seat is very secure for all toddlers. this car seat is a forward facing car seat especially for toddlers.This type of car seat is not for babies under the age of 1 year old, first of all this car seat might not be comfortably for your little babies, and second of all it is not at all safe for them. These chairs are too big for babies which is very easy for babies to fall out of them. But when it comes to toddlers these car seats are very safe and secure for them. These car seats have a latch belt that you latch on to your car and they also have very secure belts to prevent your toddler from falling out of the car-seat. these car seats are also very light weight, though its pretty big which is comfortable for older toddlers but not good for cars with little space. This kind of car-seats do have some pros and cons. The bad thing about these car-seats is that if ur toddler has the tendency to fall asleep in the car-seat while out on the road your child...

The evenflo triumph advance is a very nice looking carseat and seems to be comfortable even when the baby falls asleep while riding in it but it is very big and bulky and I would not recommend it for a small car.

It is easy to install. I have installed a fair share of car seats, and this one is one of the better ones.

*It is very easy to adjust the straps. You can adjust the height of the shoulder straps from the front. How wonderful is that--it is such a hassle to rethread straps like you need to in many car seats that sometimes you can be tempted to leave them on a setting your child has outgrown for a while. You can also adjust the tension of the straps from the front very easily. You can actually make sure they are tight enough every time regardless of whether your little guy is wearing a sweatshirt and coat or a t-shirt. And if he likes to squirm while you put him in, you can loosen the straps, fasten him up and then tighten it to a safe tension. No problem at all.

*It is not too expensive....

I absolitly love this car seat. My 3 month old hated the infant seats and would scream and cry all the time. This car seat holds him at a better angle, allowing him to be more upright. The padding seems to plusher and pads him alot better. I would recommend this seat to anyone. The greatest of all is it works up to 35 pounds which will allow us to extend rear face in this seat without having to buy a new one. The straps do slip down so making sure the front clip is pushed up to shoulder level does help. It has a latch system which is great as well as the cup holdedr and storage try. I love the added padding for infants as it has around the head and side padding to make a better fit. This is easy to put on or remove as needed. When I bought this seat it came with the latch system in the front facing area. I did not realize this and fought for awhile to strap it into my car before realizing this. Otherwise wonderful!

The Evenflo Titan Convertible carseat is an average car seat. It is soft and plush, which my son seems to enjoy. It was fairly easy to install (although my husband's car is always difficult for some reason!) Looks nice and seems sturdy. The material that the straps are made out of are very slippery and it doesn't always seem to stay tight fitting. Also the crotch strap is very long and fits a bit odd compared to other seats. I don't care for the piece that you snap up and down to change how level the seat is, that seems very flimsy and isn't always friendly to work with. I wish I would have spent more to get a better quality seat.

The titan car seat I like because of the ease of use. When placing a toddler in the seat the seat is open enough and the belts can go on easy. I like the way the belts work, and are easy to lock into place and tighten. My son enjoys the use of cup holders for his treasures and drink. Keeping a toddler happy is a good goal. The Evenflo Titan carseat has been a very good product for me and son, when he is happy that I can put him in with out being frustrated on locking him in and I feel this is a safe product. Thank you for thinking of parent and toddler.

This is the best car seat money can buy. It saved my sons life when i hit that deer. The wreck didnt even budge him. My son had just got out of Cincinnati Childrens hospital because he was a premmie. He had really bad breathing problems and had to learn to suck from a bottle. If it was not for this car seat my son would not be alive today. If any mom out there wanted a car seat this is the one to buy. You may think you wont get into a wreck and that you are going to drive safely with your child in there but i did the same thing and i still wrecked. To tell you the truth i was scared to drive with him in the car. But after that accident with him and that car seat i will never own a better one. I am so greatly appreciated that i have this car seat and that my son is alive. I know some mothers that have lost their childen and i so not want to end up like them. They are going through rough times. So if you are reading this than you probably have already made your decicion and let me tell you...

The Evenflo Titan Elite convertable carseat in Raceway is an above average carseat. It is easy to install and has been side impact crash tested. Many carseats do not undergo the side impact crash testing, but Evenflo does the tests and is an added benifit of a good seat.

The Titan Elite is not too difficult to install both forward and rear facing. While it can be time consuming to get a tight fit while rear facing, it is possible. I've used both the LATCH and a vehicle's belt system. While using the LATCH is when I've had the harder time, the strap adjuster can be difficult to adjust, you have to get just the right angle.

A very important positive feature of the Titan Elite is that it has four shoulder harness positions. The seat also has two slots for the buckle straps. These features allow for the child to be in the seat for a longer amout of time.

Overall, I really like the seat and feel that it is a seat that my daughter can continue to grow with.

The Evenflow Titan convertible car is good value for money. We were looking for a good but cheap car seat for our 8 month old daughter. Found this one at Sears. We have a compact Toyoya Yaris, so I was concerned that if the car seat would fit. But it was no issue. Installing the seat was a snap. I have it installed behind the passenger seat and so far there has been no problem. I had the pull the front seat during installation but after that it went right back to its usual position so that I am not cramped for space when I sit on the front passenger seat.

However, I do have a couple of issues. The back of the seat is quite straight and according to the instructions, the only way to incline it further is by putting a towel under it. The straight back is ok as long as my daughter is awake, but as soon as she falls asleep, her head flops forward and then keeps rolling all over the place everytime the car is braked. If the seat could have an option to recline it when a child has gone to sleep,...

I love the straps on this seat! The way they slide at easy to fit any size child. I only have have one but with thicker clothes it makes it easy! The shape of this seat is kind of strange but it makes for easy reclining, I also wish the seat had better air circulation because my daughter sweats in it. But she never complains, likes the cup holder also! My daughter is a big girl and always has been, I moved her out of the infant car seat at nearly 3 months so finding a good forward facing and rear facing was hard. I didn't want to be buying another one in a few more months, she is almost two and she still fits great in it! It has awesome safty ratings and it did cost me an arm and a leg. Mine is the brown one, not a "flattering" color but it was cheaper than the other ones. I recommend the disgn of the across the chest buckle be redeesigned because it's quite sharp so if you have your hands full when putting your child in and its sticking out it stabs her in the back! That's it i guess!

I was looking for a car seat that would not be to hard to install. I am a grandparent of a two and 1/2 year old and also of a 6 month old. This made in necessary for me to have a convertible seat.

The padding is outstanding both for the infant and his sister. The two year old loves that she can put her sippee cup in the cup holder. She also has a place to put her snacks.

The infant gets so comfortable that he falls asleep in it. He normally cries when he goes for car rides.

I would recommend this seat for any parent or grandparet.
