The Evenflo Embrace rear facing carseat is part of the best Travel System I've ever used. The entire system is the carseat as well as the Evenflo Aura stroller. I am a mother of three children and having used a "travel system" with all three of my children I am more than comfortable recommending this one to other new mothers. It is stylish, easy to use, very sturdy and safe, convenient, and best of all affordable. This carseat comes with a base that stays latched in your vehicle so it allows for easy loading and unloading of the carseat with minimal effort for you and less disturbance for your infant. Also the easy release bar in the back of the carseat aids in the ease of transition to and from the base so you are'nt stuck tugging on the carseat to get it to release from the base however it is side impact resistant over all making it safe and easy to use. This carseat has a pad that is easily cleanable usually all that is required is a baby wipe for fast clean up yet comes...
...

amthatcher says "The Evenflo Embrace is easy to install and use." about Evenflo Embrace

The Evenflo Embrace is a very high quality car seat, and you get a lot for your money. I appreciated that the cost was reasonable, but I loved the features of the car seat even more. The best thing about the Evenflo Embrace is the release mechanism. On other brands of car seats, you must pull a lever that is rather hard to pull. With the Evenflo Embrace, all you have to do is tap or push a lever to get it to release from the car seat base. This makes life much easier on a busy mom of two kids under two! I also picked this car seat because of it's ergonomic handle, but unfortunately, I hardly ever carry it that way. When baby gets bigger, they are too heavy to carry using the handle the way it was intended, so I usually end up carrying the car seat on my elbow, like any other car seat.

We also bought the "Journey" stroller as part of the travel system. The car seat and stroller work great together. The only down side is that Evenflo does not make a doube stroller where...
...

The Evenflo Embrace car seat is a great deal! I got the Evenflo Aura travel system which came with the Embrace. It is very easy to use, which is great since I am constantly having to loosen straps to fit my growing baby. I love the handle to get it in and out of the base, there is no muscle work at all like other car seats I have seen in the past. I love the colors and the style overall. I would suggest this car seat to any new mom, or even mom that has had kids before. I am so pleased with the car seat and will continue to buy Evenflo for years to come. All the designs they have are unisex so you can use it with more than one child. Even though it is not as expensive as some other car seats out there, I would definitely say this is a very safe car seat. My baby seems to be very comfortable in it. I put a little receiving blanket on his back just for extra padding, but I would do that with any car seat I had.
...

I love the EvenFlo Embrace Infant car seat. It is a infant car seat that was wonderful for all 3 of my children to use as well as my niece. After 4 kids using it, it is still in great shape. Though there was a recall for the handle, that was promptly replace overall I think it was the best car seat I could have owned. It has a base that stays in the car and the seat clicks out for easy transportation of a child (especially a sleeping one). With a nice padding for their bottoms and an insert for a head support it is an all in one for infant seats. Able to come out and click on a stroller made for it, (not a seated one just a shell) made it easier to hold an every growing baby. Nice patterns on fabric and matching outside was a pleasure to look at. Having two of them in a back seat was a little tight, but also was not a small car seat that I would fear my child would get hurt in, There was a canopy on top that shaded from elements, staied up pretty well and constructed fair well, did...
...

five23 says "The best carseat i have every used with all five of my children." about Evenflo Embrace

I use to use the cheaper brand of carseats with my first four children. That was until a friend of mine told me about Evenflo. She told me that was the best carseat she had ever used and it didnt fall apart as fast as the others do. So for the first time with my fifth child, i decided to give it a try. I absolutely fell in love with it. If i were to ever have another child again, Evenflo will be the only carseat i will use again. Its soft and my fifth baby seemed to have rode more comfortably in it. When he fell asleep in his carseat, i left him in it until he woke up, because if i took him out and laid him in his baby bed, he would scream and cry. So i just let him sleep in the car seat. Apparently he was more comfortable in it. They had all kinds of great styles, that was sure to please everyone. I chose the brown and pink one, because i liked the colors together of course. But you can usually find the matching bed and stroller and diaper bags to go with the carseat of your choice....
...

This infant carseat has been used for the past four babies born in our family and if there are more it will be continued to be used!! Its a very safe and sturdy model. Very easy to use! We have never had a problem with it. There was no confusion on putting it in the car. And you can keep baby in it anytime. It also became very handy when trying to put babies asleep (on the rough nights). My babies also had very bad spit up problems. It was very helpful keeping the babies propped up to keep their formula down. We will not use any other car seat for infants. Definitely one of our top suggestions. Again, very simple to use, secure, sturdy, comfortable for babies, helpful, handy. The handle was very comfortable you didnt have a problem carrying it with a baby buckled in. And it was rather roomy too! Easy to lay a bottle next to baby for easy access on the road. and great to hang toys from the handle to entertain the little older infants!
...

I got this Evenflo carseat as a baby shower gift, and although it gets the job done, I'm worried about the safety features. My baby is easily able to wiggle out of the harness, even with the straps tied tightly. By 6 months, my baby was able to unbuckle the seatbelt, which was very scary when you're driving! I would recommend something a little more safety conscious. ...
