SHC-Zach says "Perfect vacuum for the small stuff... and whole home/apt." about Eureka Vacuum - Quickup

As you may have seen on my Dirt Devil review, my wife and I hated that product and needed another cordless vacuum (like a Dustbuster).

A friend recommended the Eureka Vacuum - Quickup and when I saw it available at Sears, I placed an order for Ready in Five at my neighborhood Sears Hardware Store.

The vacuum was ready on time and was more than what we were looking for. We wanted a cordless vacuum to pick up in the kitchen and small messes, but we like it better than our larger vacuum and now use it for the whole apartment, for the car... for anything.

I highly recommend this inexpensive (~$35) vacuum for anyone in the market. It comes with two rechargeable batteries, so you can charge one while using the other.
...

I hate sweeping. My shark vacuum died and I was never thrilled with it so I went on a search to find something new. It had to be cordless and the battery had to last long enough for me to vacuum the wood floors on the first floor. I tried several but this is the best one. I love it and have recommended it to many friends & neighbors. It isn't great on carpet but for wood floors, it is perfect. I have a golden doodle who sheds quite a bit and it picks up her hair, dust, kid crumbs. It even gets under the kitchen cabinets. The battery could last a bit longer, usually dies out toward the end but I do have a lot of wood.

I also love that it hangs as it charges so I don't have to find a spot for it in my closet.
...

Lestie says "A powerfully quick pick up of cat hair on plush carpet." about Eureka Vacuum - Quickup

Cat hair can be a real problem and easily clog a vacuum cleaner if you don't vacuum often. The Eureka Quickup is powerful and also lightweight which makes the job easy. I like easy when it comes to working around the house after being at work all day. I got the idea to purchase one after seeing it used at a Mexican restaurant and I saw it picking up lettuce, tomatoes, and chips off the floor very easily. I was sold. It was a good purchase and easy to store in the home because of it's compact size.
...

Deathblow says "Glorified hand vacuum, and not a good one at that. " about Eureka Vacuum - Quickup

This is a glorified hand vac, but not a good one. The rollers aren't powered, so they're basically worthless. The suction level is pathetic. You have to go over and over something to get it to pick it up. Would be easier to pick most stuff up by hand....
