I started comparative shopping in time where everyone needs to save a little or alot. I decided to start with the insurance. I copied my current policy and began the search. Most companies wanted to call, if I wanted to talk I would not be online. The ones that wanted to call would not give a specifc quote online. Esurance gave me a great quote ($500) less than progressive and gave the quote to me immediately. They let me know if they needed other info by email, which is exactly how I want an insurance company-online.

I purchased Esurance actually at the car lot from which I purchased my vehicle. They were extremely professional over the phone and the internet process was so simple. I also recieved an honest accurate quote, despite my long list of traffic violations. I recieved a lower quote by more than $113 as compared to other companies (if they approved me). They use the customer's bank account and payment automatically comes out! So simple! When my insurance was do they used convenient, fast, and effective communication methods to assure that I would not have a lapse in coverage. I did have a few late or missed payments and each time I recieved an email or personal phone call as a reminder. If I was having financial issues they actually worked with me so that whatever payment I could afford towards the policy was accepted. I did have a lapse for a brief period due to my negligence and they waived the (usually demanded) deposit to re start my coverage. Now I don't expect such special treatment especially...

I took the cheapest route to insuring my vehicles. I got tired of my rate increasing every siz months at the national named company. esurance allowed me to easily customize my policy for each vehicle to save me even more money. I have gotten more recent quotes form other insurers, but esurance still saves me over $400 a year. I have unfortunately had to deal with a claim, but even through that, esurance was kind, courteous, and very helpful. They are quick to respond, and are available all day everyday. I recommend them to everyone....

Esurance can do a lot to better serve thier customers, if you ask me. I signed up with them about 2 years ago and stayed with them up until about last year, so I stayed with them for two policies which equals one year. At first all was well with them. I did have one claim with them when my girlfriend hit a deer. They where great with it no problems, it went off without a hitch. Nothing happened after that claim wise. It was not until the renewal process that we ran into the problem. We had our payment date late into the month and wanted to change it to the beginning of the month because of payment problems. We figured it would be no problem to change it when we renewed with them. We where wrong. It was a big deal to them and we had problem after problem because the would not help us out and fix the date. They did not seem to care however so we had to eventually leave them because it just was not convient to stay with them. We eventually found a great car insurance company and are very happy...

Their prices can't be beat, they are prompt and curteous when it comes to customer service and I can check my status online anytime. Affordable insurance where you get the most for your money!...

I was concerned about using this company since they are only available online. We recently had a claim and after calling the first time we did not have to make a return call. The service was great, the customer service agent set us up with the service shop for the repair and took care of everything. We only had to get our car there and pick it up. I would and do recommend to all of my family and friends.

The policy was very easy to get however it is a little bit expensive. I am sure that you can find insurance for cheaper somewhere else. Just take a look around first....
