My 2month old is having issues with gas and constipation. I switched him from reg enfamil to gentlease and now to prosobee and I hope it help him with the constipation. His doctor asked me to get on a milk free diet because im breastfeeding to...any tips?

This product would be great but it is so concentrate that it makes your baby constipated. Some WIC programs only offer this type of formula, so if this is you dolute your baby's formula with water, and give your baby some water through a bottle after feeding. However if you are not on WIC and you have other options then I suggest you take them. Using a generic soy based formula, I know that when you think generic you don't think that it's the best for your baby but you're wrong, generic formula's are not so concentrated so they are easier for your babies body to break down and digest. For those parents that have to have brand name them I suggest using Similac, Similac offers a soy based formula that blows Enfamils pro soy out of the water. It didn't irritate my babies tummies at all, they weren't gassy and they still had regular bowl movements. And don't worry I'm not a begginer when it comes to formula, in fact I'm a mother of four.

I was breastfeed my daughter when she first was born. She wasn't doing to well with it, so i started to us Enfamil Soy and she loved it. She going on a year and still enjoys drinking it.

Enfamil Prosobee Soy formula is an amazing formula for babies who cannot have milk based formula, but it is very expensive. My son spit up most of the formula he ate on Goodstart Soy. I switched him to Enfamil Prosobee Soy formula a couple of days after he was born. He did great on it. He spit up alot less, he seemed to be eating more of it, and it digested well. The only thing is that he was a colicy baby and was gassy. Enfamil Prosobee Soy formula made him even more gassy. Enfamil Prosobee Soy is also about double the price of regular formulas. When he was about three months old, I decided to try to ween him to a less expensive formula. I thought I would just mix half of Enfamil Prosobee and half of the less expensive formula. The moment I started mixing it he started spitting up again. So I thought I will mix less of the less expensive formula with the Enfamil formula. He still spit up all of it. I gave up and went back to just Enfamil formula. I had an emergency surgery and was out...

The day my daughter was born I had already chisen to breastfeed. Then there was thise peskie nurses who think you know absolutley nothing about being a parent because its your first child. Here i was breastfeeding, and then they would take her to the nursery and formula feed her. By the time we were sent home she wasnt really wanting the boobie, she was wanting a bottle. That would have been fine wiht me but she was allergic to milk. I kept breastfeeding until finally she wasnt getting wnough. I took her to the doctors and they told me to just keep breast feeding because the more you do it the more that comes out. I think I know my own body and I think I know whether or not my child was getting enought food. Thats when my search began. I tryed many different formulas and none of them seemed to fix her problem until I ran across the prosobee. Which at the time I didnt see it that much. I bought it tryed it and she loved it. There was nomore of that "exorcist" vomiting. You know the kind...

If you have a child with a milk allergy or simply a sensitive stomach, this is definitely worth a try. My son is super sensitive with everything he eats and this worked great for him. If you have trouble transitioning from the infant formula over to soy milk or whatever's next, the Prosobee Toddler Formula is great for transitioning!

This Enfamil was great for my son. You could tell that he was getting good nutrition. As my son got older, he definitely needed more than just nursing to satisfy his growing hunger. This was a great alternative just for his needs. Many other formulas would cause him to have horrible gas and nobody wants that for their baby--especially when it keeps you up at night. We never had this problem with the Enfamily formula. Also, many others would give him an upset stomach. This never did.

Enfamil Prosobee is a great fomula. It is the only formula that I fed my son and the only formula that he would keep down. The only dowside to this formula was that it stained all his cloths. It is a formula that I would let other people know about....

to me this is not a good formal to give to your kids because i just had a newborn baby and he was on enfamil and he could n't use the bathroom for 2 days so i took him of of enfamil and put him on similic advance he's fine now.

This is the 3rd formula that my little one is now on and she had a hard time gaining weight after birth, the regular Enfimil Lipil seemed to run right through her, and now the sobee is about the opposite, she still is not regular but is gaining weight. My baby is happy with it other wise, no fussiness and no gas. I use this formula as a supplement to breast feeding. I used soy with my first child too, it seemed to work best for him as well.

Prosobee is iron fortified and lactose free... it has cured spitting up and Loss of sleep it is just wonderfull. and he expells gas on his own...

i really like this formula for myu child. I had him on other brands and they made him gassy and fussy. this soy formula made a big difference because when the baby is happiier, we are aLL HAPY =)....
