I wasn't so happy at first. Paying the fee was actually to my surprise only because I thought it was going to be MUCH more expensive. That was nice but what I didn't like (only at first) was that it took a while for them to find me the right one. After eight months of dating different guys who I liked very much and fit my criteria pretty well but still weren't for me, I got kind of impatient. This service is incredible. I really don't understand how anyone can think otherwise. Only good has come my way since I joined. Even the interview that I went through was pleasant. Making a three hour interview comfortable enough for a total stranger to talk about every aspect of his/her life is almost impossible. The matchmakers that work here seem to be able to do it without a problem.

The dates always go so smooth and are very well put together. The way they organize things is astonishing. Their huge success rate shows exactly how well they work.

I really like Lynn at the Los Angeles office. She works really hard to find you the right kind of spouse. She always calls me just to see how I'm doing. I like that I don't have to chase her. She goes out of her way to make sure you get what you want and get the service you paid for. All the guys she set me up with in the past were exactly what I asked for. The chemistry however is up to me and my date and in most of the cases there was none. That was our fault but Lynn does exactly what she's supposed to do and is very professional at setting people up. No matter how many guys I go out with in the future till I get married, I'll be perfectly confident in Lynn, even if it takes five years.

A year ago, I signed up after hearing amazing stories about them. I walked into the office in Dallas and spoke with Shelly. I went through the whole four hour interview and was very tired but very confident. I'm not the best looking guy and I guess I don't have the best personality or sense of humor. Shelly could have just lied to me by saying that it would be easy to find me a suitable match just so I would be quick to pay the fee. However, she didn't. Instead, she said "I'll try my best. No matter what, You won't be disappointed". Again, I left very confident in my chances.

I admit that for the two weeks, I didn't hear from her and I was pretty upset. I e-mailed her and told her to contact me to let me know what was going on. After getting no reply for three days, she called me very with a very good apology and a great excuse for not answering back right away. Her mother was in the hospital with a serious problem.
