compcat6 says "Absolutely the BEST heart healthy Egg Product around!" about Egg Beaters Pasteurized Egg

My father, and my husband are both heart attack survivors, and I had to learn how to cook heart-healthy meals. Egg Beaters is extremely easy to use, it tastes like real eggs, is undetectable in ANY recipe, and though it COSTS more than a dozen eggs- it GOES FARTHER than a dozen eggs, too. I haven't found a single recipe- except those calling for hard-boiled eggs- that this product does not go into very well, and there is NO difference in the taste of the food! In fact, my picky eater teenagers ate Egg Beaters in place of Eggs for almost 2 weeks, and didn't know it! In fact- everyone ate very heartily, and I had the satisfaction of knowing I was helping my family's health!...

ginger32183 says "Delicious healthy alternative to a whole egg!!" about Egg Beaters Pasteurized Egg

Wow wow wow!!!!! I was totally impressed by egg beaters. For one, they're easier and less messy than whole eggs, and totally healthier. Add fresh vegetables for delicious omelettes in the morning, or scramble some up on a piece of whole weat toast & turkey bacon for a great breakfast sandwich. Either way you hack it, these are great tasting, and are so much better for me. They are a staple in my diet now that I am trying to lose some weight, and they are working great. I was skeptical at first, but these are so delicious, I can hardly tell there's no yolks in there. Wow!...

roserighter says "Cook and bake with eggs minus the cholesterol, fat and calories." about Egg Beaters Pasteurized Egg

I've never been a big fan of eggs, but when you consider all the things that are baked or made with egss as an ingredient, I'm sure I consume more than I think I do. As someone who needs to lower my cholesterol, however, I need to be more conscious about the type of foods I eat and carefully read the labels to track cholesterol and make healthier choices.

One of the permanant changes I've made is switching from eggs to Egg Beaters. Egg Beaters are made with 99% real egss, but the yol is removed. Since the yolk contains the fat and cholesterol, removing it makes the egss a healthy option. Egg Beater's then add vitamins to make up for those lost by removing the yolk. The end product is a smooth, yellow egg mixture that tastes nice and light.

Egg Beaters can be used for scrambled eggs and omelets or as a subsitiution for eggs in just about any hot recipe. The conversion chart on the container is handy for making the exchange.

Egg Beaters are a smart choice for those watching their cholesterol...
...
