I love the eddie bauer travel system. It is easy to use. The colors are neutral for boy or girl. There are replacement bases so you can put them in as many vehicles as you want. The stoller is great. It is sturdy and pushes easy. The carseat snaps right in and off you go. There is storage for keys, cell phone and water bottle. It is easy to release from the stroller as well as the base. The cover is removable so it can be washed. It was pricier than other travel systems, but well worth the extra money. I have only been using it for about 8 months, but from what I can tell it should last a long time.

The rear facing child seat is as user friendly as one can reasonably expect one of these contraptions to be. The straps adjust easily to accomodate a growing child, and the fasteners are easy to use with none of the twisting often found in cheaper models. The infant head support, (included) is quite satisfactory and does its job. The handle moves from the ride to carry position easily and quietly, something which is very important if the little one happens to be sleeping when the time comes to move the carrier/seat. Mounting the seat into the stroller is a piece of cake with easy visiblity to help with alignment. mounting the base unit in the car is easy as will with two clips that attach to the anchors between seat back and cushion. The web strap is easily tightened and a small application of downward force secures the base to the point it is nearly immobile. Mounting the carrier into the base in the car is a whole different story. The cross piece is a steel rod about 3/8"...

The Eddie Bauer Adventurer Travel System is definitely a very nice stroller/infant seat combo. I have mixed feelings on it - on one hand I love it, but there are a few negatives.

The material is so soft and seems like it's really comfortable - my daughter loved it at first. I've read other reviews on this carrier that say that their children grew out of it within a few months and I thought the exact same thing. However, there are four different adjustments for the height and you can also adjust the buckle at the bottom and once I did that it at least buckled better, but she still always just seemed squished and really she hated being in it for a while, I thought I was going to have to buy her a convertible car seat at only four months old! But I just recently took out the extra padding that was in it and she seems to fit a lot better and I've only made one shopping trip so far with it like that, but she seems to be MUCH more comfortable now, and I think I'll actually be able to use it for...

This product is a safe and reliable source for any mom to have for their children. My son used it well over 1 year and I would not have changed a thing. If someone asked me what is the best stroller/carseat combo I would definetely tell them the Eddie Bauer 1. It is easy to use and you can take it anywhere. If you just want to use the carseat you can or you can use the stroller alone or use them together. It is very convenient when you are making those long trips to the mall or to walmart because you dont have to carry just a car seat around or hold your baby the whole time you are trying to shop. Your baby can take a nap while you shop or they can sit up and see everything that is going on. It is your choice how you use it. My husband and I are trying to have another baby and this is definetely one of the products that I will be purchasing when we do get ready for another baby. I would recommend this to anyone.

The Eddie Bauer high back forward facing car seat is a wonder seat for your child to transition from baby car seat to toddler. As a parent we all want to keep our children safe and is the first thing we consider. Then we go on to consider adaptability for our child and our vehicles ability to make it a quick process to get our child in and out in all types of weather. The lap belt is convenient when placing the car seat in the middle of the back seat. And when it is rainy and wet there is no difficulty trying to get our child in and settled so we don't get soaked. And this seat is actually rheumatoid arthritis friendly I can actually fasten the lap and upper belts in seconds. The other seats I have had were not as friendly and to be honest they were a pain as I had to actually struggle to lock them. Did I mention it is a excellent booster seat to grow with your child. I actually took my son with me to run errands today. It is cold and gray weather needless to say I was happy for the easy...

We had horrible experiences with this travel system! The car seat was so difficult to use and clasp that we couldn't leave our daughter with friends if they needed her seat, too... no one could figure it out! This made it very frustrating in a specific emergency situation when we needed to get her out of the seat immediately and could not maneuver the buckles. The stroller was incredibly uncomfortable for our daughter from infancy and we stopped using both pieces altogether when she was only 6 months old. At this time it was too late to return the set. We will never purchase Eddie Bauer children's products again.

The Eddie Bauer travel system is a great infant seat. It has a base that straps into the seatbelt and stays there until you take it out. Then you put the carseat on the base and you can just take the whole infant carrier out to carry the baby. It is especially great when its cold, you can just take the whole seat out and cover the baby up and not have to worry about putting them in or out of the seat until you are inside. There is also a stroller you can buy that the same infant carrier straps into. The downside is that it is pretty pricey and it can't be used for very long. The weight requirements are only up to 20 lbs and the height requirements end at 26 inches, so if you have a bigger baby you can use it even less time. It comes in several different patterns or colors, pink patterns for girls and blue patterns for boys and there are a couple unisex ones too. It was great to have when my babies were small.

I am a new mom who was looking for something that was going to protect my little guy. The Eddie Bauer Travel System was a great necessity that I had recieved during my babyshower. My aunt bought it for my son and I have loved every moment of having it. Now my sone is too big to use the infant car seat so i have passed it on to my sister who is expecting a baby of her own in a few months. Though my son has out grown the infant car seat I still have much use for the stroller in which it came. One year later and I'm still using it. The Eddie Bauer Travel System was a great gift for me to recieve and I do recommend this product to anyone who is trying to find the right car seat/srtoller. It will come in handy in so many ways i can't even describe all of them. To those who may be shopping for gifts get an Eddie Bauer Travel System even if they are not asking for it they would come to find out that you gave them such a gift and they will love you for it.

I got this carseat anmd stroller as a gift that I had registered for from Target. I chose this travel system because it is one of the most stylish looking car seats available and seemed very durable. It also is very practical. It isn't too heavy and it snaps into the car easily. It was easy to set up in our car and it is very sturdy. I like Eddie Bauer because you know it is a reputable company. I felt safe letting my child ride in this car seat every day. I love the design it comes in and the way my daughter fits inside. It has enough room for her to be comfortable but she is buckled in safely. The hood that is ontop of the actual seat blocks out the sun very well. The stroller it comes with is just as great. It is very sturdy and moves smoothly. I went out for walks almost every day in the winter and spring and there isn't very much wear and tear at all. Overall this is a great travel set that will last a long time!
