My husband and I did a lot of research after we realized our Bissel vacuum wasn't actually picking up anything in our carpet. We finally decided on the Dyson DC25 and I think it was one of the best decisions we've ever made. This vacuum is amazing. I vaccumed twice with our Bissel and then I pulled out our new Dyson to see what it could do. I was so shocked to see the canister on the Dyson fill up completely with dust, hair, and junk after only vacuuming half of the living room.

The first time I vacuumed with the Dyson, I had to empty the canister 6 times to get the house clean. This was due to the fact that our previous vaccum apparently had NOT been cleaning our floors for 2 years. This Dyson picked up things that had been ground into the carpet for years. Not only did our carpets look brighter, they also smelled better.

The Dyson DC25 is so easy to manuever, it's actually fun to vacuum. Sounds funny, but it's true. I vacuum every day now, simply because I can see what's being picked...

The Dyson DC25 is the best vacuum cleaner I ever used and I have used many vacuum cleaners as I used to be in the janitorial business. The Dyson DC25 ball design is the most clever and ingenious ever on a vacuum. Until I used the Dyson DC25 I had always thought that it could not be any different from the traditional four fixed wheels standard design. Boy was I wrong. Instead of having to stop constantly to move things out of the way now i can just glide under or around them. The Dyson DC25 has a 5 year warranty if you ever need it. It also has root cyclone techonolgy that sucks at a constant 220 air watts. I also love the lifetime washable hepa filter on it the only way you have to replace it is if it falls apart. It was a fingertip brush control to switch between hard and carpet floors. The Dyson DC25 had a quick release telescopic wand for stairs and hard to reach areas. The power cord is alittle under 25 ft and weighs a little less than 17 pds. All in all i can not...

This vacumn is the most fabulous thing that has ever happened to me. We have two indoor pets at my house and it picks up all the pet hair on every floor surface iny my house, carpet or tile. I will never buy another type of vacumn after owning a Dyson. I would recommend them to anyone with children and pets they leave a lot of debris behind on your floors. I bought the vacumn several years ago, I wanna say about three years ago, and havent had a single problem with it. It is kinda pricy, but it makes up for it in quality. You never have to have it repaired and you never have to buy bags for it. It also has easy to use features where you can reach hard to reach places and easy emptying. My three young kids all love it and can use it with ease. My whole family loves to use it, it makes house cleaning much simpler and shorter. The high price was definitely worth it to me because they stick behind the quality of thier products.

I tried many vacummes even really expencive ones. I never was happy. One was too heavy and always broke. One was junk and you couldn't tell when I had used it! I am a member of Costco and they are great with returns so I bought a vacumme ther to try, hated it and returned it. This went on for about two months when the lady at Costco said to me " I rented every vacumme that we sell at Costco before I finally bought a Dyson- I love it and have never looked back." Well what the hay I can try the Dyson. It was love at first try. When my daughter got married I bought her one to. The vacumme is user freindly-on board tools, light to push, no bags, my hands don't get dirty when I empty the dirt bin. And their customer service is wonderful. My son clogged the machine and I couldn't reach the clogg, not to worry one 800 number later and a very patient representitve and the machine was as good as new.

So every 2 years the old Eureka Vacucum breaks down . Read the reviews on Dyson took the plung. I've gone from driving a Honda to a Lexus.For the first time in 30 years of vacuuming I enjoy it. It's fun the way that ball gets it around. When I saw what the suction got up I couldn't believe it. We have been living w/filt on the floors/carpet. It got up animal hair that we never knew was there. It's the best Moms day present in my life. I think I will actually keep my house clean. It's fun and easy

I am very happy with my Dyson ball vacuum. I have had it for 6 months now and after an initial adjustment to the ball, like the way it handles. My previous vacuum was power driven and the ball makes this vacuum just as easy to push.The attachments are securely stored on the vacuum and the hose is very easy to access. Suction is good and the dirt bin is easily emptied without a big mess. The cord is long enough to allow you to complete most rooms without changing outlets. Finding one on sale makes the Dyson a great deal.

After speaking to many of my friends who already have one, I finally bit the bullet and bought a new Dyson vacuum. Bit the bullet because $500.00 is a lot to spend on a vacuum! The one we bought is one of the "ball" models. Still getting used to manuevering the thing - not as easy as they make it look like on TV. But the suction is awesome - as the vacuum head gets even close to a bit of dirt it sucks it up quickly. It appears to be fairly easy to empty the cup and it is easy to see when it would need to be emptied.

Glad I listened to my friends recommendation.

I had a Dyson. Pink for breast cancer. My wife bought it and I thought it was a great machine. I soon found out that the filters clogged up and were a pain to change. Without the airflow the machine only picked up carpet and hair.

Look at the filters and you will know. If your furnace or car filters looked like that, how well would they run. We through away a 1 year old Dyson because it was the same as every other vacuum I have ever owned...

I bought the Dyson DC25 Animal for my mom's birthday and although I don't normally willingly drop $500 for a vacuum cleaner, I gotta say that this is no ordinary vacuum cleaner. It's super ergonomic: the ball on the bottom of the vacuum allows you to turn corners easily. The expandable want nicely fits in the handle. And it looks cool too!...

I have used the Dyson yellow and the purple, both are the most increcible vacuums on the market. Although I myself can't afford one yet, I have been cleaning homes for over 10 years and the Dyson excells all of those other vacuums on the market by far!! I have had experience with the Rainbow vac as well and the Dyson is much more efficient for the money.

This vaccum is very easy to use. The machine moves well on all surfaces. It empties very easily. The filter cleans very easily also. This is a little pricey, but I think it is worth the price....

I figured I would do a Dyson vs. Kirby. The results are even, I used the dyson and went over it again with kirby and it picked up what the Dyson DC25 missed. Then I picked another spot of the house and used the Dyson after Kiby and it picked up what the Kirby missed. So the debate continues..........

This thing is awesome; I used to have one of those bag type vaccuum cleaners, everytime I would empty the thing there would be dirt and dust everywhere, also it wasn't adjustable so I was stuck on one height and the band would always get stuck and burn up; Not with this vacuum! It cleans up pet hair, is bagless and works really good! Also the attachments work well for cleaning my heavy drapes and couches. It's easy to empty and has lots of power, a real delight to clean with~!...

Although the vacumn is a little pricy for some, this is the best investment to make. The vacumn is easy to use and easy to clean. I love the fact that the filter can be rinsed and there are no messy bags to replace....
