Dooney & Burke White IT purse. Don't waste your time buying a Dooney & Burke Purse. They don't stand behind their products. I called their customer service department because my purse started turning yellow around the seams & at the sides of the purse. The representative I spoke to told me to mail the purse back to their Repair & Inspection Deptartment and then that department will look at the purse to see if it could be repaired or if it couldn't be repaired. Either way the repair department will send me a letter letting me know what they are offering me or if the purse could be repaired. What the customer service department failed to tell me was that if the purse could not be repaired then they will only offer you half of what you paid for the purse & that they only warranty their product for a year. I paid $145.00 for the purse and all they offered me was $72.50 to put towards another purse that cost $145.00 or more. The letter also said that I would be responsible for another $7.50...

I thought I was purchasing a quality item when I bought the IT handbag at the Dooney and Bourke store in Dallas.... Wrong!!! I purchased the white bag, and it turned yellowish after a year of use. It was yellow under the coating, and I could not get to it to clean it. I was disappointed for how much money I paid for it. I purchased a Furla purse and like it much better....

What can I say, since I saw the designs of this company I fell in love. It was not as expensive as the Coach's on the next counter and I loved the 'D&B''s on all the bags. I say if you want to spend your money on a brand name bag for looks then make sure it has the letters on it otherwise I can go into 'Payless' and get you the same thing for lots less. Douney are sturdy but if you have an anniversary cloth edition, and its large and heavy then watch out jeans colors tend to blend into them and can actually wear off the material as I learned on my 300 dollar bag!...

I love this purse, It is made by Dooney and Bourke. It is called the IT BAG in raspberry color. It is such a cute purse..It comes with a cell phone holder on the inside. It also has a key chain holder too. Very colorful zipper. Just a great purse all around. I love it!...
