At Sephora, the sales representative graciously gave me a sample bottle of Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Eau de Toilette Spray for Women. I love getting perfume samples before purchasing expensive brands, because if it doesn't mesh with my personality and skin, I get really annoyed wasting money on it! Well, I'm definitely glad I got the sample on this one before buying...

The notes of citron, granny smith apples, bluebells, white rose, jasmine, amber musk, and cedarwood don't really smell anything like that at all! To me, this perfume smells like baby powder crossed with soap meets a flower garden. I have read numerous other reviews in which the spray is described as "light" and "fresh," but I actually find it very heavy and overpowering. I actually don't find it a very creative perfume...it seems I've smelled it somewhere before and it's not very original. It may just be me, but I am not a fan! After hours of wearing thsi perfume, it still burns my nose a little, even though...

I always enjoy discovering a new fragrance and this one is amazing. I discovered this fragrance several months ago and it has since become a favorite of mine. It is so light and fresh I just feel cleaner when wearing it. I love the delicate notes and wonderful clean quality to the fragrance.

This is a high quality fragrance from Dolce and Gabana and lasts all day long no matter what I do. This is definately a daytime fragrance and is the perfect balance for those who do not want too much. It is not overwhelming and I feel that I can wear it even at work (I work at a financial institution.)

This fragrance is generally classified as a floral. The top notes of this fragrance are Sicilian citron, Granny Smith apple and bluebells making the first whiff of the fragrance very fresh, crisp and light. The middle notes are jasmine, bamboo and white rose leaving a pleasant, soft fragrance behind. Finally the base notes are cedarwood, amber and musk which makes the fragrance just a little more grown...

Wow! This is a perfume that smells different on everyone. Two other people I know wear this daily and if I didn't know, I wouldn't have a clue.

On my co-worker it smells like being outside in the summer time at dusk. It's light and airy.

On my Sister in law, it smells like a trip to Macy's. Simple, sophisticated, under stated.

On me, it smells like cool, crisp cotton, with almost an orange under tone.

Light Blue includes notes of Sicilian citron, bluebell, Granny Smith apple, jasmine sambac, bamboo, white rose, cedarwood, amber, musk.

I used to only wear it on special occasions, but it's so refreshing and easy to wear, I dab some on each day. It's a very flexible perfume, it's as if it smells different depending on your mood or your outfit. I swear it smells more like apples when I am in jeans and boots, then when I am in a cocktail dress and heels!

I get a lot of compliments on it- mostly from men, who comment that it is nice to encounter a woman who isn't in a cloud of matronly...

Dolce & Gabbana's Light Blue for women smells so wonderful. Last year for Christmas my husband bought me this. I was a little worried because I usually pick my own perfume. He said he had seen reviews for it and decided on getting it.

When it came in I was so happy. The smell is clean, fresh, crisp, and light. One reviewer described it as "soapy." I do agree with that statement but that's where I think the clean smell comes from. It's a very light scent, definitely a lady scent. My mother can't stand it when people or herself is wearing perfume. The smell is usually too strong for her. With Light Blue, she can even wear it. It's not too overpowering.

Perfumes vary on your type of smell and preference. Also, perfume reacts differently to everyone's skin. So for each person, it will smell a little different after being applied.

If you're wanting a perfume that's light, clean, and not overpowering I recommend Light Blue by Dolce & Gabbana. Great product!

I love buying perfume, and I have made Dolce & Gabbana's Light Blue eau de toilette my go-to perfume for the spring and summer. It is lightweight, fresh, not floral or sweet scent. When I first smelled the scent, I had never smelles anything like it. Definitely differentiating from all other sweet fragrances. I received a lot of compliments from people when I wore this scent!

I absolutely adore Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Eau de Toilette!!!! As with most fragrances, my first encounter with this fragrance was as a sample in a magazine. I enjoyed the scent very much and thought that it would be something that I would enjoy wearing long term. I like the fact the this fragrance imparts a subtle hint of sexiness. The problem with so many fragrances is that they are entirely too heavy or "strong." Rather than enjoying the fragrance, I usually end up with a migraine. I spend several minutes trying to scrub the stench from my skin. I am quite pleased to say that I have never had that problem with this product. The only problem that I have with this product is that it is very hard to find it in retail locations at a reasonable price. The 0.8 ounce Eau de Toilette Spray usually retails between $41.19 and $45 at some beauty chains, like Sephora. no commercial frangrance can top organic homemade perfume. i learned how to make vanilla perfume. vanilla has a soft, sweet, but sophisticated scent. anyhow, it was easy to make.

I first recieved Dolce & Gabanna Light Blue as a Birthday present from a friend and I have been addicted ever since. I absolutely refuse to wear any other perfume. It smells light, clean, and sexy. Light Blue is a noticeable and distinguished smell, but I rarely run into other people wearing it (so being unique is not a problem). I get compliments all day long whenever I wear this and the fragrance lasts all day. It smells so wonderful that I wear it everyday; both casually and formally. It is appropriate for all women, both young and old (I'm 25). Yes, it is a little pricey, but it is beyond worth it. I also love the Bath & Shower Gel and the Body Lotion.

I was introduced to Light Blue by my cousin who was wearing it one night we went out to Dinner and I immediately was like what are you wearing!!!!! the smell is like no other very sexy and classy if you get where I'm going. I was a all around fruity perfume lover but have totally became Light Blue lover it has a kind of musky woodsy smell but nothing overpowering that will give you a headache. People LOVE IT!!!!! it also last a very long time so no need to keep reapplying it.......
