It's a very disappointing program to say the least - I redeemed the enchanted call welcome bonus hoping the call would come for my daughters birthday - but after clicking the redeem reward all that happened was a thank you page. No information about who to call or when or which princess. I returned to the same reward page and it said I had already redeemed. I contacted customer service with the form and after 2 weeks did not have a reply, even though the site clearly states with in 3 days a reply will be given. I then purchased the movie Up and tried to redeem for the Kevin doll. I entered my information and tried to continue but the next button did not seem to work. I tried many many times contacted customer service, reminding them that I was still waiting for my enchanted call reply as well. The 3 days passed again and again no response. I sent another email and the 3 days again passed as did my daughters birthday.

No customer service, rewards that aren't real. Seems...

I think the Disney movie rewards is garbage......I love disney...and people should by the movies to share the "disney movie" tradition with their children...not to earn points for a stupid poster your 3 year old is going to rip in 2 days....

I love this reward program. I wish they would make it easier to earn the point with the older movies. I thinkthere should be a way to type in the proof of purchase information and how much you paid for it then having to make copies of things to send in to them. There have been several times that i have sent things in that they say they still didn't recieve....

I love the disney movie rewards. I collect disney movies and have two daughters so our collection grows. You typically get 75 to 100 points per dvd and sometimes get double. You get 100 points for taking a simple survey. your points add up quickly and your getting things you want. I think this is an amazing deal to be able to get things you want by using things you already have or are going to by anyways. the points gift value start at just 75 points, so even if you have one movie points, you can still use them for something. I already redeemed points for the kodak hardback book. I am a photographer and I filled it up wilth my pics for my mom for mothers day. It looks amazing, very happy with quality and the points are very easy to redeem!...

I buy the Disney movies for my grandchildren anyway so this is a really great deal for me. I got my first reward and it was way beyond my expectation and they ship the rewards for free. It really is like getting something for free, it is one great deal.

I like getting free stuff, especially for my kids, but I don’t want to have to spend lots of time to get it and I want to get things worth the time I do spend. Is that too much to ask?
It’s not at DisneyMovieRewards.com. When we received Ratatouille and Meet the Robinsons for Christmas, my daughter found inserts for DisneyMovieRewards.com. I was skeptical but told her that we could check it out together. In the mean time she scoured through our Disney DVDs and found two previously overlooked Disney Movie Rewards inserts.

At the DisneyMovieRewards.com web site we of course had to “join” by filling out basic information, creating a user name and pass word. It was really pretty simple to put in the reward codes from our inserts and we found that our four rewards codes offered us 400 points. In our experience, we got 100 points per movie. There are also opportunities to get more points by filling out surveys, which I declined.

We all know that Disney movies are not a drop......
