I love my Dirt Devil Handheld vacuum! It is perfect for small jobs that don't require the full-sized vacuum. Vacuuming the stairs is a snap with this little guy. I also use it to vacuum the car interior, and my furniture. Before I got it I would to have to pull out the big vacuum with the attachments for these jobs. I love my portable Dirt Devil vacuum and use it almost weekly to clean out my car. It is still a little too big to get in some areas under the seats, but over all it does a great job on the floors and the seats. It has a lot of power to clean the visible areas and make them look good. The only thing bad I would say about it is that I can't reach all the areas in my car that I would like. It would help if it came with a long, skinny wand to reach the tighter areas like under the seats and in between the seats themselves....

This product is one of the best vaccums that you can ever come across with. It is easy to handle, very convenient, and can get into some places that you cannot. Although, the vaccum has a small bag and easily fills up, that is not a problem. It is long lasting and will help you with your everyday cleaning. I use it almost everyday, I even use it in my car. That's how easy handling it is. I would definitely recommend anyone to go out and buy this product and use it all the time because I think that you, also, would feel like I do when using this product. Nice, simple design. This vacuum works well in small or tight spaces but it doesn't have very good suction. Suction is very important to me in a vacuum. This is what seems to pick up what I need picking up, ie: dog hair, dirt, etc. This vacuum will not work well in cars or on pet hair. It is good for simple dirt on stairs. I have tried using it on furniture but it does not seem to pick up much. My husband bought this for me with that specific use in mind. It seems to sit in the closet most of the time. The bag does seem to fill up quickly and it is a messy, dirty job to empty it. I have found that if I place it in a plastic grocery bag to empty it saves on the mess. I would prefer to have to buy bags for it that I could then throw away. I seem to get dirt coming through the bagless bag on my vacuum, too. It seems to have defeated the purpose an I then am forced to bring out the large vacuum to clean up the mess....

Running a vacuum cleaner is not one of my favorite household chores. Luckily, I don't need to perform this task very often so it's not really something I dread, like with other people. Still, when I do have to run the vacuum, I usually have very little cleaning to do. I have a large, upright vacuum, but it gets little workout time since I don't usually need it. What I usually reach for, in place of my large vacuum, is my Dirt Devil Proce 1400 Hand- Held Vac, a small piece of machinery that is just right for cleaning up small messes.
