We have a large Dirt Devil vacuum which we have been really happy with. The trouble is that we have a 2-story townhouse, and keep lifting that big heavy monster up and down the stairs, was getting too much effort.

We purchased a small vacuum a couple of weeks ago, from Big Lots, and a piece actually broke off. We therefore took it back, and purchased the Dirt Devil Dynamite Plus in Super Wal-Mart for $39.99.

What I love is that it is lightweight. We have no problem taking it up the stairs. This one will actually stay up there, so that we keep one on each level.

It is smaller than the regular vacuums but still has everything you could wish for. It is bagless and has a Hepa filter. It has a telescopic handle, which is a neat idea. When vacuuming, the handle can be lowered so that you can get under chairs, etc.

This little beauty will work on carpet and hard floors. You can see that it is working, as the dust and dirt shows through, the clear plastic container.

The Dirt Devil Dynamite Plus is the best vacuum I have ever owned. It is compact and light, making it easy to store, and easy to run. It works great on carpets, and floors. The brush attachment works well for furniture and the crevice tool is great for trim and hard to reach places. The 25 foot cord makes it easy to reach almost all the rooms in my house without having to unplug it and replug it in.

One of the vacuum's greatest feature is the bagless dirt catcher. It is easy to use, and easy to clean. There is a HEPA filter that is really pretty inexpensive to replace; however, I am a very frugal single mom, and I have found that I can easily clean the filter with an old soft toothbrush, thereby extending its useful life by about half again as long as the instructions recommend.

I ran it into a plastic toy and didn't turn it off in time, causing the belt to rip. No problem! Even without referring to the instruction book, I was able to repair it myself.

The only 'con'...

Welcome to my page!

I was in search for a good vacuum visiting several different stores. Man I couldn't believe some prices on vacuum's. I came in contact with this small red eye catching Vacuum it was the Dynamite Vacuum, what a great deal. I got that baby home and vacuum my house and wow it was wonderful sucking up alot of dirt. Thanks Dirt Devil! I threw out my old wore out vacuum my carpet looks a hundred percent better....

his Dirt Devil vacuum is the best choice I have made in a long time. The handle slides down for storage and fits in a very slim closet of mine. Whether it be a medium carpet or bare floor this little "sucker" gets it done. Comes with a couple of attachments and an extendable wand. I use it for my stairs too since its so light. You wont be dissappointed!...

Since we are full time RV'ers with carpeting to clean and limited storage space, I highly recommend the Dirt Devil dynamite plus vacuum.

The bagless feature eliminates trying to find the correct bag replacement when on the road & the hepa filtration keeps allergies to a minimum. The filter is easy to remove and clean and more importantly, easy to reassemble.

It works well on carpet & bare floors and comes with a crevice attachment. The retractable handle makes it easy to store and the cord is long enough to reach nearly all areas from one plug.

I have used this vacuum for over 2 years and give it a 5 star rating.

I purchased this vacuum solely for the price ($50) after shopping at several stores and finding a large selection of vacuums that cost more than my rent. I am really pleased with this product, it works great. It's bagless and has a HEPA filter. Easy to use, easy to empty, comes with a couple attachments, very long cord. The handle slides into the body so that it takes up less storage space, it's perfect for apartments or smaller homes. Can be used on carpet or flooring. And great colour too- lime green!...
