I have had this crib for over a year (i have the natural wood color) it was a great price and works well without having a bulk expensive crib. The orginal matress was way thin but we bought another matress to use instead.
...

I love the Delta Portable Crib. It is great for small spaces, and is very sturdy, and so affordable. I was suprised that it has two positions for the mattress, and the side slides up and down easily. My favorite feature is the wheels. So easy to move as needed. My baby loves to toss stuff out of her crib and this makes it easy to retrieve without climbing under the crib. We didn't even bother with a bassinet, because this little crib fit perfectly within my reach in our room the first 2 months. It's also so easy to put up. I was able to assemble in 15 minutes while the baby slept. We did buy a different mattress for the crib, but because the crib was so affordable, we could get a good mattress. If I had to do this over again, I would purchase this crib again.
...

We live in a small 2 bedroom apartment with two children. A normal sized crib took over the whole bedroom so we decided to try this product.

It is SO sturdy and easy to assemble, and it has a pretty high weight limit (45 lbs I think it was).

However, expect to buy another (thicker) mattress, the one it comes with is a joke. But it was too pricey.
...

Still fits my 13 month old just perfect. Actually fits through doorways and in small spaces which is great when they are needing naps in different rooms than you are using. Mattress has 2 settings- high or lower, great for while they are growing. Folds up easily....

mom2lindsey says "This product is well worth the money!" about Delta Portable Crib

I purchased a Delta Portable crib for use in a home child care setting. What a great product! Made of solid wood (not the cheap compressed type) this crib has two height settings so that when baby gets more active the bed can be lowered. Easy up and down side panel. All you have to do is pull the bottom board and mattress up (which is sooo simple) and the whole thing will fold up and store in a small space. Best of all - it was very easy to assemble for a mechanically challenged person as myself. I would definitely recommend this to others....

We have a small master bedroom and I wanted to keep baby close. We moved baby in the crib @ 6 weeks and she is now 18 months and still enjoys the crib. We've moved her out of the bedroom, but she still perfers the small portable crib over here regular size one. One comment though - the matress that comes with the crib is junk. It is thin and floppy. I was afraid baby would be able to pull up and the crib sheets were bunching, so I bought a seperate crib matress and have no problems. My daughter still seems comfortable....
