I saved $400 on a new XPS laptop over what I would have paid brand new for the exact same system. Great deals can be found by searching, and the best part is that you don't have to wait weeks for Dell to build the computer, it ships immediatly.... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;When I needed a new laptop, the truth was that I couldn't beat the unbelievable prices that Dell offered.&#160; I was also able to take advantage of an offer of an all-in-one color printer, scanner, copier for less than $50.&#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I did have difficulty deciding which software, features, etc. were right for me and in the end I got a laptop with far too little memory, that within a year I needed to buy additional memory just to operate programs.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Additionally, when my AIO printer suddenly broke after approximately 6 months, I had the most impossible time trying to contact customer service and tech support and when I finally did get through; I spent a number of hours on the phone explaining the issue, only to then be told that it was a hardware malfunction and I would need to purchase a new printer! When I inquired as to the limited warranty, I was informed that the warranty was only valid for 3 months!!&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;We needed a new computer.&#160; AND we had to have XP for certain job applications.&#160; Finding &lt;strong&gt;XP&lt;/strong&gt; these days isn't easy.&#160; When we could find it, it was about $200 extra to have &lt;strong&gt;XP&lt;/strong&gt; instead of &lt;strong&gt;Vista&lt;/strong&gt;.&#160; Dell was only one of our options.&#160; I researched and decided to buy the Dell based on price.&#160; I was a first time Dell customer.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We purchased a Dell Vostro 400.&#160; The order process was simple and the computer was completely customizable.&#160; The payment process was simple.&#160; And the delivery time was astounding!&#160; We ordered on a Monday and had our entire computer by Thursday.&#160; It was shipped in three separate boxes, with three serparate tracking numbers.&#160; The tracking numbers were provided by Dell, so I knew where my computer was on each day.&#160; It was shipped from two different locations and by two different carriers.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;On the down side, the financing provided by Dell was a bit high, but we solved that by using our credit card, which has a lower interest rate.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I was very pleased with everything about...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

The Dell is my first choice computer, combine that with no interuptions from overly helpful customer service crew, plus the fact that I could build my own PC in any way that I wanted. Well, it all adds up to my ideal shopping experience. The Dell online site offers everything I could possibly want to make that chore of buying a new PC bearable and even fun! I would recommend this site and computer to anyone looking to buy a new PC.... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have never had a problem with Dell when it comes to purchasing a computer online.&#160; However,&#160;when purchasing non-Dell branded items, it's been a terrible experience.&#160; They never have it in stock and often I never receive what I ordered.&#160; For example, in mid-November I ordered a two Wii controller as a Christmas gift for my son.&#160; Never heard anything from Dell until January 7th.&#160; I was informed that I must send email consent to&#160;receive the backordered product.&#160; Well I consented immediately only to find out on January 24th&#160;that they cancelled my order.&#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dell's technical support is substandard and getting worse.&#160;&#160;Very rarely have I dealt with a Dell tech person that speaks good english.&#160; The other thing I have found is that the people are not resourceful and&#160;don't have PC troubleshooting experience.&#160; When I purchased a new computer last spring and ran into a problem they gave up after 15 minutes and offered me a small credit to be applied on my next Dell purchase.&#160;&#160;What kind...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>I am happy with my Dell computer. When I've needed help I didn't have to wait long to talk to someone in customer service. It's as good a PC as any out there.&#160;I would buy a Dell again. One thing you should watch out for is you windows microsoft software. If you have a problem with your computer try to avoid uninstalling the software because you will have to buy some components&#160;of software to completely reinstall it. You only get &quot;free&quot; mircrosoft software when you first buy your Dell. You should&#160;check some of&#160;your other software that you may have installed especially if you have Dial-up internet service.&#160;If you do have a problem with your software you should call Dell first because microsoft may charge for helping because a third party (Dell) installed their software.... </description>
