I love my Dell computer. I was able to go online and pick out the exact components I wanted and have it specially made for me. The shipping was fantastic and the ease of financing was excellent as well. After I learned to fi maintain it myself it has been the best computer I've ever had.

Although I've run into a few minor snags over the last 4 years, it has been a trooper. I've been able to fix all the problems I had over the years myself and with the help of IT friends. Being able to learn to fix it myself is fantastic since Dell charges you for evena diagnostic of your problem unless you purchase some outrageous extra warranty. So even if you have a very simple problem with a very simple fix that almost anybody working for Dell could tell you within a few minutes, instead they choose to push you around an automated phone system for long periods of time and then ultimately tell you that they won't even discuss possible solutions unless you pay them $60.

That hardly seemed...

dell is acomutpor that has less problems and are easy to fix if you know what you are doing. you can not mess up to bad because to can always ask for help from their hepl line i would tell everyone i know to get a dell ,i even talk my mother-in-law to buying a dell laptop

My Dell desktop computer is the perfect computer for me. Although it is 3 years old now, it still performs well. There are many features that I do not know how to use and therefore, never have been used, for example, the CD/DVD function.

What you should know about me is that I am 66 years old and my former computer experience was bookkeeping for a corporation. Since retiring, I have been able to do more on my personal computer, however, my experience is semi-limited to emails, games and chats with my friends and family mostly. I am able to use features of this computer to find maps, collect information on almost any subject, and store my personal pictures direct from my camera. I collect recipes and store them here also. It's so much easier to find a recipe on the computer than to search all my cookbooks.

When I get ready for a new computer, I definitely will get another Dell computer.

My Dell Dimension E310 is always running smoothly, unless of course one of my children get on it and obtain a virus. This is very upsetting. I should be the only one to be on the computer; because I believe in taking good care of my Dell Dimension E310. It is one of the best computers in the world. I would highly recommend this computer to anyone I would come across. It is fast, reliable and most importantly....turns on in a second. It obviously is the best computer for anyone in this world to choose. You can add so many features to this computer; and it will take them without problem Unless of course you have children who will just tear it up. I must say though, that no computer is child proof. I wish they would make one. Maybe I should contact Dell and ask them to make a child proof computer so then I could rest easy and know that my Dell is not being taken over by childrnn who just love to go on YouTUbe.

I have had my dell computer for 3 years now and it works great The constant updates sent by dell keep it up to date and working fine, I am not a person who needs the newest and fastest computer I like to shop and play games on the net so it works great for me

We have had our Dell Dimension E310 for a little over a year and we love it. For the money it is tons of computer and super fast. We bought it through Dell directly and not only is the computer great their Tech line (for those of us with little computer knowlage) is great. Our overall experience will ensure I will be buying a Dell again....

I've had my dell for a little over a year and I really like it. I am sure that there is so much more it can do, but that will be a future to do. I would like to get a sound card it was mentioned to me when I purchased and I didn't get...So, if you get this or another dell which I'm sure there are newer models. I suggest a sound card and card reader also, but you can also buy a card reader separate at Circuit City etc. Oh ,yes and this computer has Systamtic which you can restore to factory settings (very easy and explained on the dell owners manual which is on your desktop)...this wipes out your memory so I suggest to keep a notebook with passwords of programs and their original cds if you ever need to do this...I had to because of a virus. But, it was well worth it. Also, back up music with your internet provider, verizon internet had this feature. Look up on your providers search. Hope this was helpful

I've had my Dell for years now. Its the best pc I have ever owned. Not one problem.
I can't believe I have gone so long without a problem.

The shipping was fast. The set up was so easy. I was on line in minutes.

The LED monitor that came with it has been the best !!!!!!!...

I bought a Brand new Dell. Within a month, it wouldn't turn on. I was using DSL and still paying for it. It took them about 2 months to finally just give me a new tower, because my other one wouldn't work. They sent a guy out to my house 4 times with different and same parts, still nothing. When I was on the phone with them and getting the new tower sent to my house, they told me they were sending a refurbished one. I told them, no way. Finally after just about telling them where they could stick the computer, they agreed to send me a brand new one. Still not for sure if it is one or if they just said it was a new one. Have not had any problems myself with mine. But my friend, who's account I bought my through, started having trouble with her's soon after....
