Okay, it's partially my fault for going to look at wedding dresses on a Saturday morning but I can't believe how awful the experience was. I had an early appt which was good but when I got there, they had me filling out form after form. I'm sure they sold my info to other bridal companies which is a big no no in my book.

After that, they had me look at racks of dresses. They had PLENTY to choose from and the sales girl was either trying a no pressure approach with me or she really was absolutely useless because she couldn't help me find what I was looking for. I did choose a few dresses and she gave me a room to try them on. She checked on my once or twice and that was it. By the time I came out after trying on the dresses, the place was an absolute ZOO. I couldn't find and saleswoman to help me let alone the one I was assigned to. I browsed a bit more and then left. Nobody even noticed I had gone I'm sure.

In 2006 we bought our flower girl dresses at David's Bridal in Clearwater & were so pleased with the service & selection.

The staff was helpfull and did not pressure us in any way.

The dresses were beautiful and we had so many comments on them.

I called the Bridal Boutique to schedule and appointed to look at a dress that was advertised at their shop which they said they carried; however upon arrival I found out through the girl working at the desk that the store doesn't even carry that line, but I was more than welcomed to look at dress of a similar brand. Well, I guess you could say I was duped upon walking through the door. I took a look around the shop and listened to the conversations around me and noticed the staff at the desk mentioned "How can we be outbid 3 seconds after we just put our bid in?" The staff was ordering their dress supply straight off of eBay, and many of the dresses did look second hand with dirt that clung around the fringe and trains.

After I had looked around I asked the manager to take my measurements so I could figure out the ballpark as to what size dress I should be looking at. She looked straight at me and said "You look like a 10." Proceeded to the circle-rack of dresses and...

I got my dress at David's Bridal. While the dress looked absolutely beautiful, it dissapointed me on my wedding day. The skirt ripped and the bustle fell apart, forcing me to hold my dress up the entire wedding. The seamstress who did my fitting simply did not do a good job. I was stepping on my dress the whole day! But the service while selecting my dress was good. The dress only cost $500, but after falling in love with it I realized that the underwear required to go with the dress was another $200 and the matching veil was $200. Plus the fitting, the garmet bag, and various other things. The extras ended up costing $800- way more than the dress, so I am not sure I got such a great bargain....
