Im 34 years old, and although I am a wife and mother of two, these are just a couple of things that define my VERY busy life I am also a full time student and volunteer at my son's school. I have always struggled with acne since a young age, there have been times when it was severe and sometimes not. As much as I eat right, exercise and drink plenty of it has been is an uphill battle because of genetics and stress factoring into the breakouts and severity. I have researched and tried many things some popular products, over the counter, strange wives tales of home remedies and sometimes these things worked, however, only for a short while.

After I had my baby in March, and the hormones had settled, my acne was worse than ever. This time, I had no time to "try something new" or get some sun, which at my age, or any age is never good for the skin anyway. So, I scheduled a quick trip to my dr's office to discuss my options. One Duac kit and two weeks later, I see a significant change not...

Duac is a great acne product. I acquired some hair bumps and dark spots from facial hair that was recently removed, so my doctor prescribed some facial wash along with the DUAC to help this problem. I did not know that the product was going to start working that soon. My husband just said the other day that he has seen an improvement as well. I also used the Duac on other acne on my face and it help those as well. I am very pleased with this product and would suggest that anyone who wants to get rid of blemishes from acne use it.

Duac is a prescription which was specifcally for problems with acne, foliculitis, and other skin ailments. The item must be refidgerated and also will bleach any clothing, linens it comes in contact to. I have had several shirts rruined because of the bleaching as well as bed sheets. So buy some white t shirts that you dont care about if you are going to use this product on the chest, shoulder, back area. works well as long as you do not pick at the infection at all. As always follow the direction given by your doctor, and dont forget the bleaching!!!!...

DUAC Topical Gel Care System
(Clindamycin, 1% benzoyl peroxide, 5%)

What is it?
Prescribed by a Doctor DUAC is used to help treat acne and diminish acne breakouts. The Benzoyl peroxide in DUAC serves as an antibacterial agent. The Clindamycin serves as a bacteria fighting agent. Together, they work wonders!

The skin absorbs his medication and can cause diarrhea during use.

DUAC users should be careful while in the sun for prolonged periods of time as it will make them more susceptible to sunburn.

My Viewpoint!
As stated in my previous review about Differin http://www.viewpoints.com/Differin-30gm-x-0-1-gel-review-991b6, my teenage son used to suffer greatly from horrendous acne breakouts and would get very upset over them.

After visiting a Dermatologist and being prescribed a couple of acne medications, his acne has completely gone away. He is determined to keep it at bay and does not miss one application of his acne creams.

One main factor in his fight against acne was DUAC Topical Gel...
