stef42678 says "Great Cleanser and Acne Control" about DHC Deep Cleaning Oil

I work outside a lot and am a highly stressed person around my job, so I need a cleanser that not only works to keep my face clean and not dry, but also controls breakouts and blemishes, which is what this DHC Deep Cleaning Oil product does. It is a little expensive at around thirty dollars, but it is definitely worth the splurge because it is a great cleanser and it doesn't dry your face or make your pimple problem worse. This solution is a thin liquid oil, but works great to clean your face and doesn't require any harsh scrubbing. The oil doesn't feel heavy or greasy. You can apply it to just your breakout areas, or your entire face and it starts working fast to cleanse your pores and blemish areas. Once rubbed on, it rinses off cleanly in a soft lather and it doesn't have a harsh drying effect. I think this is a great product for dry and sensitive skin because it will leave your face soft and not overdry it as it cleanses. I love that I can feel the difference in my skin...
...

tclaire10 says "squeaky clean and smooth" about DHC Deep Cleaning Oil

I have been using this cleansing oil product for 4 years now. During that time, I experimented briefly with cleansing oils from MAC, Shu Uemura, Shiseido and Fancl. Overall, I think the DHC deep cleansing oil is still the best because of price and quality. Firstly, I thought that fancl, Shiseido and Shu Uemura were not as good in terms of performance. That is, they did not clean as well as DHC. I was especially disappointed with the Shu Uemura purchase because it was so pricey and still performed substandard to the cheaper DHC.
The MAC cleanser was great, it cleaned just as well as DHC in my opinion. However, it is not as thick so you have to use more of it per wash. Therefore, it runs out a lot faster than DHC, plus the bottles are only 150ml VS DHC's 200ml. Also, I liked how DHC is basically scentless, I just feel better knowing that they're putting as few chemicals in as necessary.
...

msmiltown says "Oil can clean better than soap? - You bet!" about DHC Deep Cleaning Oil

I have been a huge fan of DHC Skincare products for at least five years now. Troubled by problem skin through my teen years, and worried about aging in my adult years, I bounced between discount store brands and overly-expensive department store brands before discovering DHC. This company is located in California, but it's products come from Japan, and who can deny that Japanese women have beautiful skin?

I have used and continue to use many of their products, but the deep cleaning oil is one of the best, and go figure, a customer favorite. You only need a few small squirts to massage into your skin (which feels soooo good), and it dissolves dirt, unclogs pores, and calms irritated skin. You don't even need to use it daily, but can use it as a supplement when you're feeling extra dirty. A friend with oil skin and adult onset acne even tried this and loved it - it cleared up her complexion!

Okay, I know what you are thinking upon reading the DHC catolog or looking at their website, but seriosly, you absolutely need to try this product and include it in your everyday beauty regimen. I thought, wow, I have oily skin and I'm going to coat it in a product made from olive oli? what are you nuts?! Well, apparently in Japan, where these products originate they know something we certainly do not, because I started using this stuff when I woke up and in the evening. It cleaned me clear of pore clogging dirt and oil and softened my skin to a point that felt very healthy and natural. Now, I can't live without it and have no care for how much it costs. If it was a million dollars, I would still try my darnest to have this beautifully healthy product. Plus, its green, its got no harsh chemicals, nothing artificial, its all natural and safe to use and safe to have in a house filled with children. It comes in a pump as well as in a bar!
...

j9j says "Amazing for everyday AND tough jobs" about DHC Deep Cleaning Oil

DHC's Deep Cleansing Oil is an absolutely amazing product. It removes the dirt, grime, makeup, and oil from my face like nothing else. I use it ever morning and evening; it doesn't dry my skin out, it just keeps me from getting shiny. I have been using this product for at least 7 years and I would be heartbroaken if DHC ever stopped making it. Some people might complain that it is a bit pricy, but it is very good value for the money. A little goes a long way so one bottle lasts for a long time, and DHC has good sales and loyalty discounts, so it really isn't expensive for what you are getting.

It is also really good for removing stage makeup. I used to be in drama and it was a nightmare trying to get the thick oil based stage makeup off until I started using the deep cleansing oil. It got the stuff off in no time at all without hard scrubbing. It saved my face. Everyone on the cast started using it.
...

I've been using DHC Deep Cleaning Oil for years, and nothing beats it for taking *everything* off my skin. Not a trace of sunscreen or makeup is left. It doesn't dry out my skin in the process, either. My skin is left exceptionally clean and moist, and the oil itself is washed right off -- there's no oily residue.
...

The DHC Deep Cleansing Oil works really great! Even the tough water proof macaras comes off really nicely, and it doesn't excessively dry your skin after you're done! You may have to spend a little more than your ordinary cleanser, but I think it's worth it considering how well it works. It really leaves no residue what so ever. It's even better when you use thier product in a set. They're ingredients are natural, and it leaves your skin soft and smooth. I recommend it to anybody that's looking for a better cleanser....

tiffanylp says "Luxurious!" about DHC Deep Cleaning Oil

I love using DHC cleansing oil for so many reasons! It doesn't have a smell, it's luxurious, and it does a great job of removing makeup. After washing, my face never feels tight or dry. Also, my skin never feels irritated or itchy after use. The product has never clogged my pores, and it leaves my skin feeling soft to the touch. I love using the cleansing oil because it feels so good on my face. I really enjoy rubbing the oil in; I feel that I am doing something beneficial for my face. It does a great job of removing makeup; the makeup just seems to melt away. It also puts me in the mood to give myself a face massage. It turns the chore of makeup removal into a pleasure. In my opinion, there are only a few negatives about this product. The first being the price. Considering that I still have to wash my face with another product after using this, it can seem a little on the pricey side. But I believe that you get what you pay for, and you get a lot with this cleanser. Another negative is...
...

All I can say is that I absolutely love this . My skin is clear and super clean without being dry. Sometimes I use only the deep cleansing oil and sometimes use the DHC mild soap after I rinse the oil. Either way my skin is the best its ever been! Worth the price as it lasts a very long time, you dont need alot, and worth the price for what it does for your skin.

...

As I'm getting older, my skin is changing. When I was younger I had very oily skin and lots of acne. Even now in my 30s I still sometimes have issues with both, but now I get the added fun of dry skin too. It's hard to find a cleanser that doesn't over-dry my dry skin or make the oily parts more oily. DHC's Deep Cleaning Oil is some kind of miracle. I can even use it to remove mascara. It's hard to believe that even with just rinsing there is no oily residue. Even if I had to give up every other skin care item, I would have to keep this one. It may seem expensive, but you don't use much. In fact, I first tried it in the trial size (which doesn't dispense much) and just refill that now from the full size bottle so I use much less than a full pump of the full size bottle. I used the trial size for about 5-6 months. ...

I first tried DHC Deep Cleaning Oil when I was a sophmore in high school. Three years later, and now a college student, this still remains my favorite product. Now, when I first tried it I was very skeptical. It literally looks, and feels like olive oil. Also, you have to apply it without water, and just rub it on your skin. However, when I washed it off, it looked like soap being rinsed off. After washing it off and feeling my face, I couldn't believe it! My face was super smooth, and not shiny like I thought it would be. I am always in the pool, and I always use this product because it works wonders. I'd recomend this product to anybody with dry skin, or anyone who wants softer skin....
