A great addition to the Cross novel series.Maybe I'm a little predjudiced since I'm a James patterson Fan and have been an Alex Cross fan since "The Bone Collector" movie, but this is a very fast read and suspenseful as all of the Cross novels are. I recommend it....

James patterson is a great writer. I have read All the books he's written that include Alex Cross! They are a MUST read! They are action packed, suspensful, keep you going on the edge adventures! When I was going through hard times I read those books to escape everyday stresses of life an I definately recommend the Alex Cross and theMurder wives club books!...

Okay, first of all, James Patterson writes so incredibly. The chapters are fast reading, but it keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time. Very hard to put down once you start. If you've ever read Patterson's series with main character Alex Cross, this is a must to read. Awesome!...

This book is probably one of my favorite James Patterson/Alex Cross books! It's a well written page turner that finally answers alot of questions about the murder of Alex's wife years earlier.

I love Alex Cross and James Patterson can keep writing them. He covers everything from police work, murder, the courthouse, relationships among the characters. I constantly peruse the bookstands for something new from Patterson- he will always be in my top 5 writers!

i ran across this book at work and once i started reading i could not stop. i ran to a book store and got the whole "cross" series. then must to my surprise the at-risk students i work with were very interested in them to. so i brought all the books in the series in for them to read. within a month the books ran thru 15 kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

With the newest of the Dr. Alex Cross series, this just adds to the need for more. It's as if the characters are members of a family with you and you worry about them, grieve with them, celebrate them and end up loving them. Each book in the series can be read as a separate book, but it is so much better reading them in order. I have enjoyed Alex very much and look forward to further exploits in future books. Maybe one day, he'll get married again? One can only hope for his happiness with women. I just wish more men treated women as well as he does. He's a hopeful romantic with a big heart and seems willing to forgive most any transgressions his family or special someone has. That and being a cop for the FBI and a psychologist and a father!! With the work he does, he doesn't have the ability to always leave work at work. It tends to follow him at times, wherever he goes....

I picked up my first Patterson book late last year, and well I feel like an idiot because of the fact that this was my first one to read. Although did not realize that it was part of a series, but was will to keep on and I loved the book, now I have begun the seies from the beginning. So needless to say it was worth picking up and reading. A quick read, read the book in about 2 days....

Cross as always with James Patterson gives you a page turner from beginning to end. Alex Cross once again teams up with his long time friend John Sampson on a quest to finally find the truth about what who really killed his wife. Alex Cross uses his psychiatrist background that always seems to do the trick. It's a thriller from beginning to end, no one would expect less from James Patterson....

James Patterson with rock you. He is terrific, Cross is absolutly exciting and he comes back at your with a sequel that is even better if thats possible. I have read every one of his books, which is alot. about 35 plus and i have yet to be disappointed by any of them. Never a dull story. He is the best author i have ever read. I truly love him....

I just love James patterson. There is nothing like an Alex Cross novel. I just can't get enough. I've been waiting to find out what happened to Alex's wife. We always knew she was murdered but we didn't real know the rest!...

This book gives you some of the missing clues you've needed to know exactly what happened to his wife. You find yourself not wanting to put it down. This is for sure one of the best books in the Alex Cross series. After reading this one you'll want to run right out and buy Double Cross to see what happens next. Some parts may be graphic for some people....
