I have bought cheaper colored pencils, they are very hard to keep sharp. Even to sharpen them is a chore. The carayola brand is the best, I will spend the extra money for these. The hold up better, last longer and are easy to sharpen. Lead does not break as easily as the cheap ones.

I have 2 g-children 21 months and almost 4 that use them, no problems at all.

I love these colored pencils!!! There are a variety of colors and they don't smoosh like crayons. My children have colored on my walls and table with these and they wash off very well. Every since my 22 month old first used them he will not use a crayon. Which is great for me because he does not try to put the pencils in his mouth like he did the crayons! The only think I do not like about them is that they do break...no too easy but they do break....

Crayola Colored Pencils are a great gift for just about anyone, young and old. With each pack you get 12 colored pencils. They also offer 8 packs and 18 pack. I perfer the 12 pack, because of the colors it offers. This pack includes yellow, Orang, RedOrang, Red, yellowgreen, Green, Skyblue, Blue,Violet, Light Brown, and Black. There great for younger kids for school, for using in there coloring books, drawing on blank paper, and discovering how to write. Thy are also great for crafts and patterns. There very durable and can be used over and over again, gecuase you are able to sharpend. The colors are very bright, and bold. They are very intense to the eye. Crayola Colored Pencils have been around for ages. They are very practical. Children of all ages seem to prefer them over the regular crayons. Color pencils are good for projects in school. They easily fit into any pencil case. They are not costly, so parents can purchase a pack for the home, car, and school. They last longer than crayons. They are able to be sharpened like regular pencils. However they do not come with an eraser to correct errors. They also are not waterproof, and may leave stains on the wall. But, overall it is a great product and a must have back to school necessity....

who doesnt like crayola..........i have bought the less expensive coloring products and they just are not the same!!!they just do not compare to any crayola product.they are not really expensive either.....well worth the few extra cents.crayola dont only have practical products like the colored pencils,they have fun and new innovated things for kids to use to expand their minds!...

My four-year-old daughter loves to draw with her new Crayola Colored Pencils. There's just enough colors to bring her drawings to life. When the pencil gets dull, she has fun resharpening them over and over. Over all, the Crayola Colored Pencils is another great product from Crayola....

These pencil crayons are good for drawing! Sometimes too good. When my daughter draws on the wall!

The crayola brand is better quality than the knock offs, but wait until the month before public school starts to get them extra cheap!

I really prefer colored pencils over markers because they make less mess, and my daughter will get practice with small hand held items.

Crayola colored pencils are a great treat to have when you are working with a design that needs color. They present a really nice option because they come with a long barrel that not only makes them easy to hold, but extends the life of this particular writing utensil. It isn't just a tool great for coloring books, but serves as a great asset for college students and people in the architectural world as well. Not only that, but they are fun to use even if you are just looking to add color to your normal pencil writing routine.
