This is an inexpensive razor and now I know why. It has a very small head and very little power. It takes a long time to shave your legs with it. I bought another more expensive model...

NikiTaylor says "This cordless electric razor allows me to shave anywhere." about Conair Electric Razor Model LWD375

I love this razor because it is cordless. My previous razor had a cord, and I was limited in my movements when shaving. A small bathroom and long legs are not a good combination. With this razor, I can shave anywhere whether it's on my body or in any room. I can shave while watching TV or eating in a restaurant. Okay, I'm joking about the restaurant, but this razor makes anything possible. The razor gives a close shave too. The only drawback is it can lose power if not charged for awhile. It has to rest in a charger which has a green light to tell you it is on. It has to be plugged into an electric outlet, or you get a razor with no juice. I know that from personal experience when needing to shave for vacation after a hairy winter. There is nothing more pitiful than the sound of the dying razor. But the charging is a small price to pay for being able to shave anywhere except in a restaurant, of course.
...
