I use to praise them for the great quality and deals.Now your lucky to see a show without snowy screen and lagging IE.Wake up and give us back the quality instead of getting your quantity.You have left your customers down! I for one will tell everyone ,I know what a rip of deal you scammed me into ! I am in the process of looking for a new carrier as you have not lived up to package deals.My internet was also suppose to increase in speed ,Instead I am left waiting. As if ,I had dial up! I can only hope all companies are not like you .So I can move on from this nightmare service you have blessed me with. I can&#160; see you are just looking at money and could care less of customers satisfaction,A number one reason to choose a service! Which you lack horribly in. People please be careful as Comcast quality has slipped down the drain for money with false promises.A very unsatisfied customer.       <description>&lt;p&gt;I had Comcast for my home phone, TV and internet. I was paying $140.00 a month. When my contract was up the bill went to $220.00 per month. I called customer service to try to down grade my service to make it affordable. The woman I spoke to was rude and acted like I was taking money from her. I told my husband and he said if they treat you like that don't do business with them. I went on line to get my service switched back to AT&amp;amp;T and Directv.&#160; The next day Comcast turned off my internet. I called them to find out what the problem was. They said I made changes to my account so they &quot;put my modem to sleep&quot;. I asked them to wake it up. I called every day&#160;for&#160;about 10 days but they never turned it back on. After all my services were switched they called to say they were still working on the problem!! I had already paid for the month because you must pay in advance. It than took 4 more phone calls and a visit to the service center to get the refund of services I paid for when the put my...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;We recently switched from AT&amp;amp;T Uverse to Comcast triple play for phone, internet and cable to save money.&#160; Comcast offered a really good package for all three with good benefits as well.&#160; The phone service and internet service have been great.&#160; We have had some problems with the cable service however.&#160; For the first five days I had to keep calling in because we had problems with two out of the three cable boxes.&#160; We finally had to go trade them in at the Comcast store.&#160; Once we returned home had to spend another twenty minutes on the phone with them to get the two replacement boxes authorized.&#160;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also you can only record up to two channels at a time.&#160; With AT&amp;amp;T Uverse you can record four.&#160; You can only watch the recorded shows on the same tv that you recorded them on.&#160; With AT&amp;amp;T you are able to watch them on any box.&#160; The tv service itself but it does take some getting use to switching from AT&amp;amp;T.&#160;&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Overall, we have had a favorable experience with Comcast, particularly on the most recent occassion when I went in to pay my bill.&#160; I talked to the representative about the upcoming promotional roll-off (our 12 months was up) and he gave us a better offer than one we had for the past 12 months...from $75/month for DSL and cable to $50/month for the two (now our DSL speed went from 8 to 6, but we haven't noticed a difference)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On the other hand, we had issues with our modem and the first customer service representative I talked to told me it was an issue with our computer and I needed to get a new one, because their modem checked out fine.&#160; I knew that was not the case, so I called back the next day and talked to a different representative that said the modem could be bad and I needed to take it in for replacement.&#160; Which was the problem.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Our cable service has been outstanding, and the only issue with our internet was solved, however, I was extremely frustrated by a customer service representative...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;When we first moved into our home not too long ago, we had a few options as too which service provider we wanted for phone, internet, and cable.&#160; Comcast seemed to be popular, probably because the introductory price was so low, so I gave them a call to schedule a setup.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Let me start by saying that I work from home and it is imperative that I have functioning phone and internet service.&#160; From the start, our Comcast service was down AT LEAST once every two weeks.&#160; I would call the customer service number and have to go through three minutes of automated prompts before I actually got someone on the phone.&#160; Oh- and I had to call from my cell phone and use my minutes, because my home phone was not working of course.&#160; After I would get someone on the phone, they were never all that friendly and they would usually end up sending a service technician to my home.&#160; Sometimes the service tech showed up, sometimes he didn't.&#160; Long story short, I finally cancelled my services and signed up with...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

&lt;p&gt;Looking over a bill I noticed that I had $100 in porn video charges.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Someone downloaded 2 of the porn videos minutes apart in the middle of the day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They then downloaded 2 videos at a time none of us were even&#160;home. We were all at a basketball game.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Called Comcast to explain.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here's what I got:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&quot;It's your box. It comes through your box, so you pay for it.&quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I asked them how that could be when two of the videos supposedly were downloaded during the middle of the day when I was home alone with the kids. Why would I download a porn video in the middle of the day with my kids around?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And the other two were at times that I could prove no one was in the home. Every one of us was gone.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And our On Demand was password protected because we did have young children in the home and didn't want them ordering $5 a pop videos without us knowing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The answer?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&quot;We'll reduce your on demand video charges by 50%.&quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Still not good enough. I'm not paying for someone else's porn thank you.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;We decided about a year ago to get a DVR with Comcast.&#160; We didn't want to pay the extra, because it is an add on service that we pay monthly, but thought we'd give it a shot.&#160; We now record multiple shows, close to 80 year round, since many are on only certain times a year and we tend to forget about them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At first we loved the service, it was great having our shows recorded, we could watch them without missing a beat, not to mention the ability to fast forward through commercials.&#160; Though for the last 8 months I've had many issues with the boxes becoming unresponsive, and had techs out.&#160; Each tech has claimed the boxes are junk, that Comcast Michigan just keeps recycling old boxes, which I believe since the last box was full of Movies, many of which were R rated, good thing I have no kids!&#160; The last couple times I requested a NEW box, not an old recycled box with hard drives known to go out, causing the problems I was having I'm told.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;At first we just had the Comcast Cable. We had a box in the living room and my dads bedroom. (It was an additional $7 a month for an extra box.) Whenever there was a storm, we lost cable. If we didnt lose cable, it would be very sketchy and pause a lot, causng us to miss part of our show.&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;Eventually we upgraded and had a total of four Cable boxes throughout our house. Still losing signal if a storm came, and sometimes losing signal on a beautiful, sunshiney day. So, we called Comcast to find out and why and they had no idea.&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;We bought a new computer so I requested we try the comcast bundle, and have our phone and internet also be through Comcast. We did just that and for the first week we had to deal with our phone and internet going out whenever it felt like it. THe first week was understandable, but its not been months and we still have this problem, and now its with our TV as well.&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;OnDemand rarely works, the movies are overpriced and the Free Movies are old, and the services is way...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I never had to deal with Comcast until I bought my house 2 years ago.&#160; My struggle with Comcast began then.&#160; They ran the cable incorrectly so it kept going out with weather changes.&#160; Over a year and a half they had a number of technician out but no one ever fixed the problem for long.&#160; Customer service tried to placate me by givig me a free month of cable among other things.&#160; Finally in Feb.&#160;one of the technicians gave me the supervisor's number and when it went out the same day I called him.&#160; He finally got a senior technician out who found the problem.&#160; Next the promotion price expired and the cable went sky high.&#160; They put me on a different promotion but recently a better promotion began and when I tried to get that one they said I couldn't because I wan't a new customer.&#160; I thought that was unfair.&#160; When my elderly father-in-law's promotion ended they did not have a good promotion for him because he does not have a computer.&#160; They finally gave him a promotion price on his...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
