Colgate Total Toothpaste is just okay toothpaste to me. The reason being that I don't notice too much progress regarding what the toothpaste promises. I use the product daily and after awhile I hope to see whiter or brighter teeth but I just don't see it. It does make my breath smell good and it does help lighten some stains that are on my teeth, which is always a plus. I think that the taste of the product isn't very tasty. It tastes a little too much like cleaning toothpaste as opposed to tasty toothpaste. I do consider the fact that it leaves my mouth feeling like I do have fresh breath a definite benefit. I also like the size of the tube and I definitely like the writing on the container and the packaging is always so very nice. The way they promote the product is one of the reasons I always notice Colgate, as it is always eye-catching. This toothpaste is affordable and not too expensive, especially if you have a coupon. Although this toothpaste isn't one of my favorites,...

I buy Colgate Total toothpaste and I believe its the best on the market. it leaves your teeth feeling clean for up to 12 hours. I don't like the whitening one because that causes my teeth to hurt due to the peroxide in it. I just get the regular paste and it keeps my teeth feel fresh all day. I would reccommend this product.

Colgate Total Toothpaste is such a great toothpaste. It is not to minty and it doesn't burn like some other toothpastes. Even my 10 year old has been using it for years. She said that the other ones burned her mouth. My teeth feel clean after I use it and my breath is fresh. My teeth are also getting whiter. I won't have to spend the hundreds of dollars to get my teeth whitened at the dentist. There are also other uses for colgate. Like getting rid of a pimple. Just dab some paste on the pimple and let set over night. It should be gone by morning. But it has to be the paste not the gel. Colgate paste is also great for cleaning white tennis shoes. Just dab a little paste on a damp rag and rub on the smooth leather or vinyl parts of your shoes. It takes off scuff marks and dirt like magic. If your kids have that kool-aid mustache, rub on a little Colgate and rinse. They'll be as cute as a button in no time.

I started using colgate total about 7 months ago. I had always used colgate toothpaste but, wanted something a bit more advanced for the problems I was having with my mouth and teeth. My gums tend to bleed and become very tender at a moments notice. I have observed that since I started using colgate total 7 months ago, my gums no longer bleed and my mouth is less sore. I enjoy the fact that I can whiten my teeth and correct other issues in between my dental visits. There is no substitute for going to the dentist but in between visits colgate total helps to keep down the build up and other oral problems along with your flossing.

It is a good toothpaste for everyday use. Cleans up teeth really well and leaves a fresh flavor in the mouth.

I really like Colgate Total Toothpaste. I use it first thing in the morning and my mouth feels fresh and clean well after lunch. Even after eating, it still feels clean and fresh. I also brush my teeth before bed and they feel fresh when I wake up. I do not have that nasty morning breath! In my opinion, the gel is better than the paste. The paste has little granules in it and I feel like I am crunching on them for a little while after I brush my teeth. It's kind of like after you get your teeth cleaned at the dentist with their grainy toothpaste. The gel still gets your teeth super clean and you have the just from the dentist feeling every day! The flavor is nice an minty, but not too sweet. Also, after using this toothpaste for a little over a year, my dentist commented on the difference in my teeth. He noticed them looking whiter and the fact that some of the weak spots I had in my enamel have started to strenghthen again.

Colgate toothpast with backingsoda and peroxide is cheaper than crest and arm and hammer toothpaste as works just as great. My teeth feel very clean when I use this product! My 7 year old daughter and 6 year old step son used to use kids toothpaste but once they tried this toothpaste bye bye kids toothpaste. My kids do not think it's too hot, minty, nasty, etc... like I said before they really enjoy it.

It is very important to have good dental hygiene. This is accomplished by brushing your teeth at least twice a day with a good toothpaste, specifically Colgate Total. Also it is important to use a good toothbrush. I have an electric toothbrush. I think a person's diet is important to keeping healthy teeth. Fruits and vegetables, food with high fiber, and not too much red meat is beneficial. Keep away from the sugar, even though it tastes so good. Popcorn is a very good snack food.

Back to your teeth: See your dentist every six months for a good thorough checkup and cleaning. Colgate tastes good and leaves a fresh taste in your mouth. My dentist gives out samples of Colgate Total.

colgate toothpaste really wooks. it cleans and freshen your breath. Your teeth are always clean feeling. when you rub your tounge over you teeth it feels great . And the company always shares coupons with people so they can save money and that is great big help at this time. I tried and used different brand of toothpastes. Eventually I found out that the Colgate total is the best one among those. I have a fresh and clean feeling every time after use when compared to other brands. Noboday at home like to use other brands anymore. We stick with Colgate total....
