I am a diet soda junkie but I have always loved coke classic....just craved that good ole taste. Well when the Coke Zero came out, I decided to give it a try and Zingggg went my heartstrings. Its taste was so close to my coke classic but without the calories. What a deal! If you are a coke lover too, you really should try this one. If you drink as many as I do, you can save the tops of the coke bottles and take your numbers to the coke rewards site to win prizes. I have won several already. I won a years membership to Pogo for myself and my daughter and a tee shirt and i have enough points to get another prize now.

I usually don't drink any drinks except for water and milk. But my boyfriend is a devout coke zero drinker and whenever I am with him I like to drink it too. We actually have to buy two bottles so that we both have enough.

Coke Zero tastes just like regular Coke and thankfully is without the calories - which is perfect because I don't believe in drinking your calories. Diet coke is too sweet, but coke zero is just right. It is crisp and surprisingly even quenches my thirst.

I love Coke Zero at the movies because it goes great with popcorn. Cherry Coke Zero is an even better product and is like a desert all in itself.

It also comes in vanilla flavor, but I am not fond of the taste of that one.

People should still only use it in moderation though. Just because it has zero calories does not mean that it is without harmful (if used excessively) products. It still contains asapartame which is an artificial sweetner being investigated for its link to brain cancer.

When my wife was pregnant she loved to drink coke zero! It tasted just like the regular coke and did not have the calories or the bad aspertame. We love it! We were amazed at how good the taste of coke zero is. For no suger it was amazing that it tasted just like the real coke....

i don't like diet soda, but had this one today.
it still has that diet after taste, but not as stronly as other diet products.
this seems to have a cirtic acid zing to it.
i would still prefer classic coke, but coke zero is an okay replacement.

I consume more soft drinks than any other beverage and nine times out of ten, the soft drink in my glass is something sugar free and calorie free. I prefer Coca- Cola products to other soft drinks and one of the favorites in our household is Coca- Cola Zero, a zero calorie soft drink.

Diet Soft Drink Commentary::

Coca- Cola Zero is similar to other diet colas in appearance. It has a dark- brown color and its body is see- through, but not by much. Coca- Cola Zero is also very well- carbonated and hundreds of tiny bubbles can be seen and felt with each sip.

Coca- Cola Zero contains no actual sugar, but it has a taste that is sweet in nature nonetheless. Like Coca- Cola Classic, one can detect flavors like very light nutmeg/cinnamon, a small amount of caramel, and a touch of citrus. There is little aftertaste, which is an often- mentioned disadvantage with diet colas, and Coca- Cola Zero is refreshing all the way through, with a taste that is very similar to regular Coke.

I used to drink regular Coke until I had my daughter. Most things, especially soda, just tasted too sweet. I don't like the aftertaste of Diet Coke. Coke Zero was new, so I tried it and liked it very much. Tastes like regular Coke to me now. ...

Unfortunately, I've always been an avid soda drinker. I am extremely addicted to caffeine. If I go for an extended amount of time without it, I get a horrible headache. Drinking 12 cans of soda a day is NOT healthy and has led to excess weight gain. Then I discovered coke zero. It tastes more like regular coke than any other diet brand i've found. And it doesn't have an aftertaste. I only like it ice cold, though. And two liters go flat way too fast. Switching to this product has saved me thousands of calories.

I grabbed a Coke Zero from the fridge at work because it was free and I figured I'd try it to see if it's any good. It turned out not to be so bad tasting, but there are other reasons why I don't think I'll drink this again.

Taste
It does taste ALMOST like regular Coca-Cola. The keyword there is ALMOST. This product would not fool me because I love the super sweet taste of regular coke. I've been drinking coke slurpees all my life and I can't be tricked!

Good Health Benefits
This is a big plus, there are no calories and no sugar which is very unique of any soda. It means that I don't have to worry about the sugar highs and low I get from regular coke, and I don't have to worry about the weight gain that comes from too much sugar.

Potential Health Negatives
I don't think I have that rare disease I've read about that makes it unsafe to drink phenylalanine, one of the key ingredients in this, but it still worries me. I'd rather drink all natural coke with all natural sugar than fake...

I drank Pepsi One for a very long time. And then I decided that no calories are better than one calorie. Coke Zero is very refreshing. It does not taste exactly like regular Coke but it definitely does not taste like diet. Regular sodas are too sugary for me so I'm glad I've found a calorie free version that lastes more like soda than diet beverages do. Coke Zero is also great for mixing during happy hour if you are trying to cut calories any way you can....

I only use to drink the classic coke,until I need to lessen my sugar , so when the they started introducing the coke zero I immediately love it ,because it has the full taste of a cola but without the calorie,it is great.I wish they have it avilable in restaurant,it is definitely better than the diet coke which is so bland.

I was surprised when I tried this product. I had received a coupon to try out the Coke Zero. I gave it a try and low and behold it tasted just like the regular full calorie Coca-Cola. It offers the same great bite that regular Coke has but there is ONE draw back. It is made with the nasty artificial sweetner. This sweetner tends to leave an after taste. I think if one could get past that it would make a great no calorie substitute!

It worked well to quench my thirst quickly and it made a great treat! I would encourage all Coke drinkers to give this product a try!

I was at a guest's house and that was the only thing besides tap water. The tap water in "big companies bought off the politicians Louisiana" can be extremely dangerous to your health so I tried the Zero. That was the first bad decision and the 2nd one was continuing to drink it because my host kept saying how good it was and I didn't want to offend by drinking one swallow. Needless to say I won't try it again (will just say i'm fine). There was an aftertaste that I didn't like and the taste is nothing like any Coke product I have tried. It is much more different in taste that Classic Coke and New Coke....

This is pretty much the only soda that I drink. I started on this because it came out as I was looking for a "diet" soda but couldn't find any that I could stomach because of the aftertaste. Now I don't have to worry about "empty" calories from drinking something that tastes like regular. The only thing about it --it is hard to find when dining out. I have found it in fountain form at one place-- Chuck E. Cheese. I am hooked, have tried the vanilla version but that seems too sweet for me....
