Mon, 18 Feb 2008 06:10:47 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Coby-MP-C848-256-MB-MP3-Player-review-7cf85 oyster10 1 http://www.viewpoints.com/Coby-MP-C848-256-MB-MP3-Player-review-03011 Ok, I can't afford all the high end gadgetry, but that doesn't mean that I'm purchasing poor quality just because I'm spending less.  It's just not the best, but still good.  Anyway, I've been wanting an MP3 player for awhile.  I'd love an Ipod, but that's not realistic for me.  So, I found a flash drive player by Colby, 250mb, up to 150 songs, more than enough for me, for $20.  It's compact, easy to use, and the sound was decent.  The problem is after a week, it stopped working.  No biggie, I thought, these things happen.  I knew I couldn't bring it back to the store for a return or exchange because I already took it out of the packaging.  I know the store's policy well because I work there.  So, I emailed Colby's customer service.  All I got from them was a message that they recieved my email.  It took a week for them to send me that.  I'm still waiting for their answer....
