RaeAnnJacksonMoran says "Clorox Green Works" about Clorox Green Works

I recently purchased Clorox Green Works Toilet Bowl Cleaner and I have to say that I do like it. It is thick, so it clings to the bowl, and keeps the bowl clean for a very long time.

I have always liked Clorox products, and now that they offer the Green Works line, I am even happier.

I have been reluctant to try the laundry detergent, only because of the cost. I like to save money whenever possible and the Green Works laundry detergent is relatively expensive, however, the other cleaning products seem to be about the same as others and I always look for sales and coupons to make them even more economically feasable.

The toilet bowl cleaner that I bought works very well, it keeps the toilet clean for days, and I have a family of five, so that's saying a lot. I also like the fact that it is very easy to find these products now too.

It smells great too, which is always a big plus.

I like the fact that the Green Works line is made from all natural ingredients.

fvf871 says "natural strong smelling cleaner" about Clorox Green Works

I clean houses for a living. I have been doing this job for 9 years. The fumes from all the chemicals I use are starting to bother me, so I have been searching for some natural products. When I seen Clorox's green works I thought I'd give it a try. The cleaner does work very well, but so do other products I use that have irritating fumes. The smell is very strong. The container says that it contains no chlorine or phosphorus, but it does contain a fragrance with essential oil. I'm sure it must be better than the other chemicals out there, but I am trying to find something that is both chemical free and less noxious.

I do want to make it clear that this is a very effective product. Also, it is made from plant and mineral base ingredients. I am trying another new product, so we'll see how this one smells.
...

I am very disappointed with the green works products. I was under the impression I was doing something good for my family and the envirnment, but low and behold I was cleaning the bathrooms with the bathroom cleaner and wiped a spot on the wall and it took the paint off, I called and they said they would send me a coupon, while on hold I learned they do not disinfect. So with children and bathrooms think of all the germs that have still been accumilating the whole time you thought you were doing good.

From babies bottles to bathrooms very disappointed. I will stick too the lysol.

It's okay of a product and the dishwashing soap smells and cleans great. I think the GREEN part about it isn't all that green... just another marketing ploy. I got suckered into buying three items to get a free Burt's Bee's kit, which has since come, so overall, I am happy with the purchases!
...

Not only is this cleaner the same price as all of the other cleaner, it smells good, and is good for the enviroment. I changed all my cleaners to the clorox green cleaners, and all of them work so well. I was skeptical af first but They do clean just as well if not better then the more expensive dangerous to use cleaners....

I saw the Clorox Dilutable cleaner with the intention of using it on my kitchen floors. The only good thing I can say about this product is that I love the smell. However, a pleasing fragrance sure didn't clean my floors! When I started to mop my floors I noticed right away that this product is REALLY sudsy. Call me crazy, but giving my floors a bubble bath does not seem a practical way of cleaning. I spent more time getting up those dang bubbles than actually cleaning my floors! I tested one corner and left the bubbles on.....holy residue!!! I'm making a Walmart run today to get a bottle of my trusty Mr. Clean floor cleaner. Going green sure meant way more to clean!!!! I give this product a major thumbs down for the inconvenience. I mean seriously, I have three kids, a dog and a very messy husband. Who needs the added task of cleaning ANOTHER mess????...

GreenMiamiGirl says "Great products, smell great, work very well" about Clorox Green Works

I'm very picky about how my house should be cleaned, and when I found the Greenworks dilutable cleaner at the store, I figured I'd give it a try to see if it worked. This stuff is amazing! I use it to clean my tile floors in my entranceway, kitchen, and bathrooms. I even use it to clean my showers and bathroom countertops. It smells great and doesn't leave any residue on the floors. The entire bottle lasted me for over two months. After that, I decided to try the wipes for the kitchen, and they are equally as great. They clean everyday kitchen messes beautifully and also smell great. I like that the chemicals in these products aren't harsh like bleach and antibiotic containing products. It's so easy on my hands and my surfaces. I wouldn't recommend these products for very heavy cleaning projects (a.k.a. big nasty messes or cleaning the oven), but for everyday around the house cleaning, these products are amazing. My favorite, sofar, is the dilutable cleaner since it......

I just finished off my first bottle of Clorox Greenworks. I thought I would give it a chance instead of my Seventh Generation cleaner. I was disappointed. Although Greenworks smells fantastic (like oranges) it always left a film on my countertops. Although I do admit that it works great on isolated grease spots. I went back to Seventh Generation, and when I cleaned my counters for the first time, a ton film and grime came off. Although I think Clorox had good intentions, their green line still doesnt live up to Seventh Generation....

Kid Kansas and I had a bit of a conversation about this product, as I'd been wanting to try it, and he'd favorably reviewed it.

And so I bought it, and so I sneezed my brains out every time I used it. Apparently I'm a little sensitive to something in it.

That said, it performed well as a cleaning product I have used, so I have no complaints about it in that respect. I passed the remainder of the bottle on to my mother-in-law, who thinks it's terrific.

I tend to be a little sensitive to flowers and things in nature, so I wouldn't want this review to in any way deter someone else from giving Green Works a whirl. Going green is always good, and someone needs to tell my nose. LOL
...

nyjetschick says "I would not buy green works dish soap again" about Clorox Green Works

I recently purchased a bottle of the Clorox Green Works dish soap. I thought it would be as good as any other dish soap, just better for our environment. I found that I had to use more of the soap than I did with my old dish detergent to get any "suds" and that I had to keep adding more to the dish water and the dishes themselves. The biggest problem was that the soap kept caking onto the lid and would clog up the lid so the soap wouldn't dispense. I would definitely not buy this product again....

This product doesn't do anything. My fiance and I purchased a bottle to clean our new apartment, as moving in had made a bit of a mess. We bought the regular spray cleaner to use on our counter tops. It smelled pretty (citrus), but just smeared the mess around, leaving a sticky residue. It didn't clean, and fortunately I had picked up a bottle of generic oxy cleaner (just to hit a spot on her deck at her previous apt.) from the dollar store that actually did the job. This stuff is an attempt to promote environmentally concious products (yay, a necessary step forward), but is obviously more hype than performance. Nice try, but with a success rate like this people may not trust the green products to effectively do the job....

The product I am reviewing is the Green Works Natural Dishwashing Liquid made by Clorox. I have to say I love it this product. The liquid I have is the simply lemon scent which is so invigorating. Even when I walk to the sink just to place something in there to wash later, I just have flip open the top and sniff. The bottle the liquid comes in is very pretty as well. Perfect for any kitchen and it's a large size, 22 fluid ounces to be exact. You get alot for your money. And the flip open cap is also wonderful. No mess like you get with the pump type diswashing liquids. And no messy sticky goo accumalting on top like the tops that pop up to open and down to close. This cap is simple, easy and no mess. And the liquid comes out with ease. As for how this product works on those messy dishes well it is wonderful. Clean up is a snap. And you would think that because it is made with 99% all natural ingredients that it wouldn't lather up, well, your wrong. It gives the best soapy suds perfect...
...

I first bought new Clorox Greenworks because I'm very interested in getting rid of chemicals in my life and my family's lives. I have tried all of the line of cleaners, with the exception of the toilet cleaner. They are all FANTASTIC! The bathroom cleaner doesn't work quite as well as I would like on hard water film, but with a little elbow grease it's just fine! Thank you Clorox for a natural alternative that's easy on the pocket book!...
