I have to admit, I am not a big make-up user. Most mornings I roll out of bed and barely leave enough time to brush my teeth before I have to head out the door. I don't have time fr any kind of complicated beauty routines that may or may not have any effect. What I really love about the Clinique clarifying lotion is that even with infrequent use, I can still feel its effect every time I use it. In less than a minute of use my face feels clean and fresh, and even if I'm not going to put on powder or lotion it feels clean. It doesn't make my face feel dry or stretched, just clean and ready for the day. I'm sure that if I used it on a more regular basis, it would do a lot for the general glow of my complexion by gently sloughing off dead skin cells. Unfortunately, I'm not that regimented in my beauty routine. I have not compared it specifically to other products, but I was not overwhelmed by the price of it, and for a skin treatment that I don't feel obligated to use every...
...

I love the Clinique Clarifying lotion. I use the #2 and think it gets all the dirt left behind. My husband uses it after shaving and it keeps his skin from breaking out.
...

Clinique Clarifying Lotion is AWESOME. Hands down. Clinique overall is amazing. Light weight. Fun. Flirty. Sexy. Simple. Natural. It makes you want to get ready for a night on the town, a day at the dog park, an afternoon hike in the mountains, or a day at home with the hubby. It is versatile and so easy. You can get ready in no time. The only reason I would consider using something else or another brand would be if Clinique went out of business all together and then you still could probably find it on line somewhere for a time after that. I would even do that in order to keep it as long as possible. I always have back up waiting. Extras sitting in my clinqiue stash. I don't ever anticipate them not being around. They have been around a long time. That should speak for itself. I started with only the facial cleansing program back in high school and it has never let me down. It has grown up with me and adjusted to my changing skin naturally. It is worth the extra cost. I would definitely...
...

I got samples of the three step system and I wasn't thrilled about the yellow soap or the "dramatically different moisturizer", but I loved the toner. I always felt refreshed and clean after I used it.

I just purchased the toner on its own and I use it after a mild cleanser (cetaphil) twice a day followed by an SPF neutrogena moisturizer and retin-A at night.

This regime seems to be the trick and I credit the clinique toner for the difference because my skin used to get incredibly flakey from the retin-A, and now it's smooth and blemish-free.
...
