I'm very picky about my skin care. I have been using the same facial cleanser/scrub for 3 years, and not it has been discontinued so I went on a hunt for a new regimen that would leave me with few breakouts. I have heard great things about Clinique, so I decided to try them.

I have combination skin - very dry at first but then extremely oily after a couple of hours, whether I'm wearing makeup or not. I am using their 3 step system for #2 skin (normal/combination dry skin). Let me tell you - it takes a lot of dedication and is slightly time consuming, and I don't like that you have to use another cleanser (or a chosen Clinique one) to clean your makeup off before using the liquid soap... but I've liked the results so far.
I was skeptical at first, because it leaves my skin very soft but after the moisturizer in step 3 my skin feels a little oily, which concerns me because of how naturally oily I get already. I've been using for 2 weeks and have had very few breakouts, so it has proven...
...

This is the pefect skin cleansor system for someone who has dry combination skin. Even after the first times use, not only can you feel it working- you can SEE a difference. This product is amazing! Although this product is expensive- the set itself costs about $60.00. For the price, and all this product does to your face- it's completely worth every penny!
...

Magic words ... Clinique 3-step program. It is what got me hooked! This product was a starting point for me some approximately 15 years ago. My mama got me hooked on Clinique by buying this for me in high school ... with the promise that I would actually use it. I did and have every day since. I attribute my clear and non-blemished skin to this product and consistent, continued use. I use it daily. It is light. It is fresh. It is up to date. It is a perfect ending to every day. It clears any beginning signs of acne before it really gets started good. It is literally 3 SIMPLE steps. It takes no time, like 5 mintues to do the whole ritual. It encourages quick results IF used properly. It helps new break-outs. You can use it as many times as you want to. It is easy on the skin. It costs a little more than your average drug store bought cleansers but so worth it. You truly get what you pay for. Clinique is very accesible and is a great name. Go for...
...

My Dad went home last year (December) and he brought this Clinique samples after buying Clinique products. So out of my curiousity,I tried it.I didn't had a problem the first time I used the three.

Moisturizer: Knowing that my skin is dry and sensitive,I only used the moisturizer. It works great but after few weeks of using it,I feel itchy in my face,I didn't pay attention to it at first but it really irritated my skin so I stopped using it.

Cleanser: The cleanser is quite good, but it doesn't smell good.

Toner: It gives you this tingly feeling,it feels nice but a bit too harsh.

Overall,it irritated my skin so I stopped using those three,it really damaged my skin.
...

Clinique 3 Step Acne System was a god-send for me. My skin type changed almost overnight from normal-dry to very oily. Fortunately for me, I have a friend who works for Clinique and she helped me to find products that brought my skin's oil down to manageable levels. Now my skin is breakout-free and I get complimented regularly on my complexion!...

Clinique is expensive but worth every penny. There are some things you must splurge on to keep that look. Their products don't run out fast and keep quality over time.

See a Clinique rep for details and a starter set. Once you know what you need, its easy to stay on task and eliminate problem blemishes.

I can't believe how even my tone has become after using product.
...

Clinique 3 step system is wonderful. My mom has used these products for 30 years and recommended them to me. Since she is 62 and has great skin, I decided to try it. I have been using the system now for about 7 years and will continue as long as it is available. Everytime I try other skin products that are less expensive, I always go back to Clinique. If I go without using it for a while and my skin starts to break out or become too dry, I start using Clinique again and my skin goes back to normal immediately. Definately worth spending a little more for....

I just recently tried the 3 step acne clinique products. However, I was not pleased with the results I started getting very oily and started breaking out a lot on my face where acne had not surfaced before. I've never had a major acne problem it was very mild only on my chin and this product just really aggravated the problem I wand up going to the dermatologist because my face was so broken out that I couldn't even touch it. So I would not recommend this product I'll stick with my neutrogena products instead it's not worth the money spent for a very poor product!!!! Try something else!!!...

Clinique 3-step is the only facewash i have found that actually clears my skin. that being said, I do not believe all three steps are needed. I suffered almost my whole life from oily skin and found clinique. i used all 3 steps and my acne and oilyness got better somewhat but i still felt like there was too much. i began using an exfoliater and the oily skin soap and my face has never been clearer....

Do NOT buy this stuff! I was talked into buying a bunch of Clinique skin care products by a friend of mine and it was the WORST decision of my life! I had a SEVERE skin reaction and my face broke in actual PUSTULES. I had always suffered from mild acne, but after using Clinique I had to consult a dermatalogist for over a year. Even he could not help me and I finally found Pro Activ which worked like a miracle. Do not waste your hard earned money on Clinique, instead use Pro Activ!!!!...

At first I wasn't to sure about the 3 step program for skin care. I thought it was a little pricy. I bought it, did what the sale clerk told me to do and seen some change in my skin. I stopped using it, got lazy, and seen the difference. OMG, my skin became oily, acne, and just plain blah. I now take 10 mins for myself in the morning and at night to take care of my skin. I am not ready for winkles and with using this product now for over a year none have formed, thank goodness (I am 38). The products feel great on the skin and after using them I feel better about myself. You will not be disappointed....

I never experienced acne until my thirties so I had no idea which products on the market would work for me. I tried everything from prescription medication, proactive, and just about all of the over the counter remedies with no success. A friend suggested I try Clinique and a few days later, I agreed. It was the best thing I've done. My skin is 99% free of breakouts...in about 1 week, I noticed the difference in my skin. I have to say that the first few days of use caused my skin to dry out; however, I countered that with Clinique moisturizer(oil free) which came as a free gift with purchase. Since then, I only use the 3 step acne treatment and rarely have to rely on extra products for moisture. In terms of cost, I paid something like 30 bucks to get the starter kit. The products were the smaller versions; however, it worked out because I never ran out of everything at one time so when the need to replenish each product, I only had to purchase one at a time. Overall,...
...
