This Chili's was the worst!!!!! Not only did the waitress spill the drinks all over my husband's pants...there was little help offered to clean the mess up. We ended up cleaning up most of it. The manager's only reply was "we only have t-shirts"....no...really...it was his pants..not his shirt. I was as if he didn't want to deal with the situation...he must have felt content playing hostess at the door. Then the new drinks were wrong, the burger was cold, and the salad was gritty...almost sandy!!! WE EVEN WERE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE MEAL!!! No discount or small consolation for the huge snafu!!! Everyone was rude and had attitudes..the waitress took forever with our check and could barely get anyone's attention when we needed something. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chili's has the everything menu. I often get the Steak on the Guilt Free Menu. But if you don't like that, the margarita's, queso, fajita's, actually everything is fresh and prepared well.

I have been to Chili's restaurants more times than I care to mention. The menu is very predicable but the food is always well prepared and tasty. I have never really had any big problems with it. They are a good standby if you need a place to bring people for a decent lunch that will not break the bank. They do have "healthier" choices on the menu which are good and tasty as well.

THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND THEYRE WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD AND THEY SPILLED MY DRINK IT WAS A TOTAL DISASTER!...

I have worked in a many different restraunts. the place is a great place, great food, high volume. The only that I was unhappy is working at chili's on W. Colonial was that they put such a low importance towards famaily. I had an abusive relation with my childrens father. Before he walked out on us i was carring our last child. Working 12 hour plus hours, pregnate, taking a moment to each something I was pentalized. Although other people were able to eat a hot meal, having to beg just to eat a salad. Also I was excpected to plan my life around work but could be calledat anytime to work, also refused to be given a set work days. Also being that I was going to school, and during a 9 month employment always having wed. night when I was in class was constantly exspected to work, or find someone eles to work for me. The last straw was that I had to choose whether i have a job or taking care or the M.R.S.A bacterial infection that was afflicting my under age 2 year old son. Frankly due to the...

Great place for families. Great price on kids meal. All day happy hour 2 for 1. My daughter who is 4 loves going to Chili's. They have family night with balloon artist. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Very happy with service & food quality. Excellent place to go with entire family. Highly reccommend...

My husband and I visit Chili's just about once every other week. We really enjoy the atmosphere and the fine food. Spicy, but not enough to give us heartburn. The service is always excellent. It's our favorite restaurant. We recommend it highly. As a matter of fact, the portions are so big that one split between us is more than enough for us....
