The Chase Rewards program is amazing! Not only do you get normal rewards (1%), you get additional (up to 10x's) rewards when shopping with certain business' online. I just discovered the bonus cash back program the other day! I couldn't ask for a better bonus program. Additionally, they are easy to get a hold of and offer comparable APR's.

I just love this credit card and the rewards it offers! I especially love that when I build up to $200 in rewards I can cash in for $250. I've already done this several times and it really pays off! I'd be using a credit card anyway so I might as well get rewarded for it!...

If your card is stolen chase will steal your points. Poor experience recently. Happy Holidays from chase = lost 12000 plus points.

I love using my credit card because in the long runs it saves me money. By using the card either on-line or at stores for clothes shopping or etc. I earn points doing it. I get gift cards for restaurants that I like to go to and I love to do this because my husband and I have a date night every Friday night and we use our gift cards for eating out then.

When the bill comes due I pay the entire balance off at that time. This way there is no interest rate on my account. I have been with this company since 1995. I think that speaks volumes about their services. I really like the Fraud alert that I have on my credit card. They phone me as soon as I make a purchase and let me know if my card has been used or not and to make sure it's me or my husband using the card, and tells me if it's a high dollar amount or not. I love this because it makes me feel very safe and secure especially buying sometimes on-line.

I don't have any cons to add about this card, I just think everyone...

I have been a Chase credit card holder for over 6 years and have almost always paid my bill on time, you know once in a while it might arrive a day or two late but that happens to all of us occassionally. What I found out too late is with this company is that if you pay 30 days late on another company, which is not related to them in any way, they have the RIGHT to increase your interest rate. My rate went from 9.9 to 19.9 because of a misunderstanding with another company that did get straightened out eventually but Chase saw the credit report that I paid the other company 30 days late and raised my rate. Nothing you say to them will lower it until they decide they want to. I was told that maybe after 6 to12 months they will lower it in increments but no guarantee was given. I look every month but so far, nothing. My advice is always, always read fine print, go to credit card websites for changes in terms, and if they mail you anything read it. Don't let this happen to you.......

I have used several different credit card companies throughout my life, any never EVER in my life have I dealt with anyone so rude to their customers. I personally charge 8,000 plus every month for business expenses and my card is paid in full every month. After 9 consecutive months of paying my balance in full, I received a bill indicating that my bill was late and had not been paid that month. However, it had cleared my bank account. This simple issue that could have been fixed very easily turned into a 2 month NIGHTMARE with this company. Stay Away!

Chase offers many different credit cards. One nice one is the Visa Rewards. It has the best offers I have found so far in that they offer the best "cash" rewards for the lowest amount of points. They also have a wide range of merchants that you can get gift cards from. When I have redeemed my points, whatever I have chosen comes in a timely manner and there have never been any difficulties. I also like that when you contact customer service with a question or comment, sometimes they will reward you with extra points....

Their telephone service line is always willing to research my billing history. The auto-pay gets the bill paid by direct debit so I don't get late fees or interest charges for missing a paper bill. At times when a disputed charge could not be settled with a vendor, Chase issued me a credit at their expense....

Chase's ustomer service associates are very polite and helpful and their website is user friendly. I find their nterest rates to be fair and competitive. Chase's reward points are for companies that I normally do business with and the gift cards are sent out and recieved in a timely manner. The Visa card is accepted everywhere I normally shop or do business with. I am very pleased with my Chase Visa Card....

Don't trust this card. Rewards are great but there is no protection from false charges. They take business over customer in disputes. We had absolute proof of unjustified charge and they didn't care. Took 5 months of being led to believe the charges would be removed. We were lied to and charged anyway....

In search of a card with a secure website? Go with Chase.
Want to get in to see your account easily? Then stay away from Chase. Though I have set my pc to accept its cookies, and done everything on my end I can, I still must ask for a secure code to be sent to me EVERY TIME I try to log on to their site. This is such a hassle, when I have a short time to log and and make a payment. I never know how long it will take to get the email. And if too much time passes, the site will reject that code. It is time sensitive also.
