I have had several bad experiences with chase, I received a low APR offer with chase and accepted it, later on I found out my interest rate was higher than what was agreed upon when I had opened the card. I had a Wamu card until they sold out to chase, after this I paid my balance with Chase by the due date, the next month I got another bill with finance charges for the balance I had already paid off! Needless to say I canceled my chase card and my fiance canceled his chase cards :) Goodbye chase!

Chase is not the time of Credit card you want to have in your wallet. Chase will eat your wallet and your behind and the rest of your income just to satify their greedy hunger. I say this because it is happening to myself and my family who is trying to sttay afloat in these lean times. Hard working and paying bills on time just doesnt cut it anymore. And Chase is not willing to help out when asked... they just raise your interest rate and your monthly payment. Double edged sword. If you dont pay what they tell you to pay they raise that interest rate and lower your credit limit so you go over with the monthly 20% incease. So how many of you out there are experiencing the same ***chewing?

Do not ever get this card. It will ruining your credit. I paid all my bills on time and never went over my credit limit. I had planned to go on a trip and something came up so I had to cancel and the company wouldn't let me so I had to get the credit card company involved, so they put a dispute on the card and it brought my credit score down from a 720 to a 590. Because of this credit card I can not make any big purchases. I went to buy a new car and becuase of the way this credit card effected my credit score I was not able to get a loan for it. I would advise you not to get a Chase - Platinum Visa Card.

I have the Chase Platinum Visa card and it helps me out alot as it saves me time shopping online rather than wasting all my time on line in stores. You get 0% APR annual fee for the first 15 months and rewards, cash back, and air miles. Which is all great for me!...

Chase rewards card is the best one out there,nothing like earning points that you can redeem later for any kind of gift card. we have one and use it as our main card, we have redeemed the points for tons of gas cards which is a great help due to the falling economy....

CHASE CREDIT CARDS IS A FRAUD!

When they offer you a balanced transfer, beware, they will charge you up to wahoo, they will not tell you that upfront, they will notify you after the fact. When they say for the life of the loan, be careful, they decide how long is the life of that loan, so you will end up paying up to your neck, or they will raise your balance transfer APR to a higher rate to lower your payment. It does not matter if you pay early, on time or have been a customer for a long time in good standing, they will tell you what you want to hear, then punish you from taking on the offer. Please research and look at what others have to say or their experience, or you will be so sorry.

The Chase -Platinum Visa Card is a great credit card to have on hand if you need it. The rates are reasonable and the benefits outway the risks.Keep up the good work. I only wish more credit cards were like one.The low introductory rate is reasonable and very helpful for the averageworker like myself. Please keep your rates reasonable like they are so that I can contunue to use my Chase- Platinum Visa Card. Thank You....

I have never had any problems with Chase. When I have to contact them, they are always kind and helpful....

Chase - Platinum Visa Card is a great card to get and have. I got this also from choosemycards.com I would recommend it highly.

CHASE BANK DESERVES TO FAIL AND NOT RECEIVE A BUY OUT. I SERVED IN IRAQ WITH THE U.S. ARMY SEVERAL TIMES. THE MOST RECENT WAS IN 2004-2006. THE ARMY SCREWED UP MY PAY WHILE I WAS STILL IN A COMBAT ZONE. I RETURNED TO MANY BILLS AND NO MONEY. ALL OF MY CREDITORS WORKED WITH ME EXCEPT CHASE. THEY INTENTIONALLY LOWERED MY CREDIT AMOUNT TO BELOW WHAT I OWED. THEY THEN ADDED AN OVER DRAFT FEE OF 175.00 PER MONTH ON EACH OF 2 ACCOUNTS, PLUS LATE FEES AND ALMOST 30 % INTEREST.

THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT PARTIAL PAYMENTS AND WANTED 3200.00 PER MONTH ON ACCOUNTS THAT WERE LESS THAN 20,000 TOTAL. THEY RUINED MY CREDIT AND THREATENED TO SUE ME EVEN THOUGH I AM A DISABLED VETERAN AND ATTEMPTED FOR MORE THAN 2 YEARS TO RESOLVE THE DEBT. CHASE IS A CRAPPY, CORRUPT, DISHONEST COMPANY.
