I will never order from Chadwick's or any of their affiliated catalogs again. ie: Roamans, Jessica London etc.

My first and only purchase from Chadwick's was a disaster. I am still waiting to hear from their credit card company, World Financial Network National Bank, about my credit dispute. I told them the remaining balance was in dispute and not to charge me a late fee during this process. They agreed and noted the account. I still incurred a late fee on the disputed amount. I have since canceled the card. It is now May, 08 the dispute letter was mailed in March 08.

I only excepted the card for the additional $10 discount off of my order. Which they stated I should not have received since I already used a discount code, but yet it went through on their site. Confusing...

There are other concerns about this company. Too few to mention. Please contact me if you are interested in hearing more.

I have been using their clothes for 20 years and have loved everything I have ever bought. The quality of the clothing is great and the prices are very affordable. I recommend them for all adult ages and budget....

I have been ordering from Chadwick's for about 15 years now. When I started I was in college, so bargains were all I shopped for. I used to get nice clothes from this catalog for a very good price. It seems like as the years have gone by, the prices are not that great. I can find the same clothes at Dress Barn, Macy's (on sale) or Khols for about the same price. Also, I find that the quality of the clothing has gone down considerably. The fabrics are thinner, and the seams are not always straight. This is a good way to shop if you don't mind the hassle of returns and don't like to go to the mall....

I love the fact that Chadwicks has really nice clothing for good prices. And the best thing about chadwicks.com, they have the best coupon codes! I just wish you could use more than one at a time, like get % off the order, but also free shipping- that would be the best! I also wish they wouldn't send so many catalogs that are basically the same, only differ with a cover....

I have several products from Chadwicks that I have owned for years and they are still in fantastic shape, literally. Especially my ribbed cotton tank tops. They are nice enough to wear alone, unlike the ones that I have bought from other companies that I put a shirt over.

I have the moleskin shirts also, in virtually every color. The colors are still the same as when I bought them. And when they come out with a new color, I have to have it. They can be worn casual or dressy.

Their customer service department is fantastic also. They accept returns easily. If I do not still have the receipt, all I have to do is e-mail or call customer service and they give me the information that I need to make the return.

The pants are usually a bit long and seem to be fitted after models, but their tops and pajamas are fantastic!!!!!!!!

If you have never shopped at Chadwicks of Boston you really should check them out .I buy from them all the time because you just can't find a better deal .

I shop the clearance section, the other stuff can be pricey .

What I can tell you is that I find many nice things in the clearance section of the web site, and with the codes they always have available like free shipping 20.00 off 60.00 its a deal .

To give you an example I got 9 different casual sweaters for myself last time and my total was 46.00 after taking off the code for 20 off 60 and I got free shipping . when chadwicks puts something in sale or clearance is really slashed most of the sweaters I bought were going for 29.99 and up before the mark down .

Shipping is fast and and you can defer billing for 90 days so you can shop a sale and not get charged for 3 months ,it great when you see something nice and just can't budget it in . Please keep in mind that the sizes run a bit big . I'm normally a medium or small and I usually...

I started shopping at Chadwicks about 2 years ago. It has great prices and extra special deals in the clearance area. After becoming a customer, they will send you emails and catalogs with even bigger saving coupons. I got a free coat this year and did most of my Christmans shopping for Family here....
