EthanY83 says "Best, chemical free, instant pest control." about Cedarcide Yard Spray

I have a German Short-hair pointer with fleas and ticks. I tried a few name brand "spot drops" and she became sick.

Found CedarCide.com and decided to give it a try. Safe, all natural. Kills on contact! Fleas instantly, ticks take a few minutes. There is little to no residual effect after 24 hours, so I have to spray her every night. I also spray her bedding. I used the "Best Yet" formula and I just ordered a gallon more.

Smell is strong but very tolerable. I have not tried spraying the yard but I don't think it would get rid of pests outside for very long. It might not work as well for pets with long hair. You might have to really work it down to the skin, where the fleas are.

I highly recommend this product! THE safest alternative to chemicals.

broozersnooze says "Great value, safe, simplifies your life, multi purpose." about Cedarcide Yard Spray

I swear by this product and haven't had a need to look elsewhere since my first purchase of their Best Yet spray. It is safe, non toxic, fast acting, long lasting, won't harm fabrics, carpeting, I didn't have to empty my cabinets to eradicate the pests in my kitchen and, instead of a toxic chemical smell, it left a fresh cedar scent which served a dual purpose of killing off any critters that were hiding in cracks and crevices but allso in repelling any future critters. I never had to worry about my pets or grandchildren being exposed to toxic chemicals.

As far as value goes, well, I spent well over $100 in dangerous toxic chemicals and was STILL fighting pests because of the limitations of using the dangerous chemicals in my home. I spent much LESS than that and elminated the problem in one sweep.

CedarCide Best Yet was used where ever I needed pest management and, instead of poisonous residuals that come with toxic pest products, a fresh, clean cedar scent remained which, although...
...

classact says "Overpriced for minimal protection" about Cedarcide Yard Spray

We decided to try Cedarcide products to control a chigger problem in our small, well manicured back yard. After applying the PCO concentrate with a hose-end sprayer, spreading a couple bags of "granules" (which is actually just cedar sawdust) as well as spraying our two small dogs generously with the Best Yet spray, then repeating the abover regimens three additional times over the span of one week (with no rain fall), we STILL have chiggers and have seen no improvement at all. I might also add that even after spraying my legs until shiny wet with the Best Yet spray, two mosquitos landed on me and took a bite. We feel we just wasted $400 for something that does not work.

One other thing - when using the hose-end sprayer to apply the PCO to the yard, you have to be careful as the product tends to coagulate inside the sprayer. If you don't use he entire amount withing 30 minutes or so, it will coagulate to the point of clogging the inlet tube and you will then need to...
...

Shamrock1 says "Doesn't live up to claims!" about Cedarcide Yard Spray

Cedarcide: I found the shipping and handling OUTRAGEOUS from the company, $38.00, so out of whack! Product did not work for me and was very expensive, very very strong smelling, and not really that refreshing Cedar smell as implied. I am a very unhappy customer. Product stated it came with a hose attachment for the gallon, it did not, product came with a spray bottle, yeah but it was empty. Nowhere does it say it was just the stupid bottle! It implies that you will receive a filled product. Look at the BestYet set and see for yourself. Do you see anywhere that it says it is an empty bottle?

The YardSafe product claims to kill ants, well it does not. When I called the company they had this lame comment that it only kills certain types of ants and that I must have the type it doesn't kill, HUH? Nowhere does it imply or state that only on certain ants will it work, I would NOT have made the purchase. Then if that was not enough, they say oh no you can't use that product...
...

james2055 says "Don't use cedarcide with allergies" about Cedarcide Yard Spray

Cedarcide's "Best Yet" caused me to get hives wherever it was sprayed on my body, and the next day I had joint aches all over. I have some tree allergies, but never before have I had a reaction to cedar. There should be a warning to people with tree allergies. Treated my dog with the "Best Yet" cedar oil which was supposed to be good for ear mites, but his ear swelled up about three times its normal size within 20 minutes. When I called to alert the company to the problems and to see if I could return the product, I was told I would have to speak to Mike. I left my phone numbers, but have never received a return call.
...

kiowa58ti says "Really works" about Cedarcide Yard Spray

Quite by accident, I found Cedarcide Yard Spray on the Internet. Made with natural cedar oil, it is environmentally safe which is a major concern for me. because our backyard edges a woods, we get all sorts of biting insects such a mosquitoes and gnats. We have many dogs and fleas are also a concern. Cedarcide Yard Spray comes in two sizes and each are set up to attach to your hose for easy spraying. A little goes a very long way. Insects are killed by the cedar oil, thus elimianting them from your yard. Fleas, flies, gnats, mosquitoes are gone, REALLY gone. You spray as needed. I opted to buy the gallon size & have over three quarters of it left which will take me into nxt year's bug season. The gallon retails for approximately $56 plus shipping, but as I previously stated, a very little goes a long way. This is a VERY economical product. Based on the results I've had, I would pay three times the cost. This procust can be diluted to be sprayed on your pets. it gets rid of fleas and your......
