Carrie Underwood's Carninal Ride is an awesome CD. She has proven she is more than an American Idol winner but a true artist who desreves to be recognized. Her vocals are even better than her first cd. The songs are a good mixture of slow and fast. Great listen!...

I have to say that carrie underwood is one of the best artist i have heard in a long time and she just gets better with time. I cant wait to hear something new from her. I remember seeing her when she first started out on american idol and she was great but she surely has improved over time. most of her songs can be true to almost every person. They really make you think about your life and i can really to relate to all of the lyrics. My teenage daughter really likes her music and she says that the lyrics really help her and can also make her cry but it gets her to think. I would really like to see carrie underwood team up with a rock n roll legend or a pop artist to record a song....

I am a big fan of Carrie Underwood's new song Carnival Ride. When I found out she had a new album out I was soooo excited. I love her as a person. Carrie Underwood's latest album is much better than her first. She starts off with "Flat on the Floor." Very upbeat and full of emotion. Most of ther rest of the songs are calmer, with more of a story to them. Overall an amazing album from an American Idol winner....

Carrie Underwood's CD, Carnival Ride, is an exceptional musical experience. It is family friendly and I can listen to it with my nine year old daughter, which can't be said about a lot of CDs right now, even those that are not "explicit".

Her songs showcase her amazing talent and the subject matter spans several developmental stages from Last Name, which is about a drunken night out in Vegas ending in marriage to a stranger whose "Last Name" she doesn't even know to Just A Dream which is about a young girl who was supposed to get married to a soldier but instead is attending his funeral service on her wedding day. Seriously sad song!

As far as my daughter and I are concerned, this album has no cons.
