I have owned this all in one for around a year now. I am not one of those computer nerds and i am just starting out in the "office" atmosphere. I love my PIXMA MX310. I find it very easy to use and the results are fantastic! The first thing i did when i got it was i copied a picture of my Daughter when she was a newborn. The copy looked as good, if not better, than the original! I am very impressed with the copies i get from this machine. It's quick and has many convenience features that i have enjoyed.It is quiet and fast. It uses a considerable amount of ink and the cartridges cost around $21 for the black and $27 for the colored.I believe they use the same amount of ink as most printers. I find that "Staples" is the best place to get ink. They have a perk that when you bring in your empty ink cartridges back to them, they gice you a $3 credit towards the next purchase.(That's $3 for each cartridge) You can save up your credits to get them free too. The best part is i only paid $ 39.99...

This Canon PIXMA MX310 All in One Printer is outstanding. I have had it now for almost a year and it has never disappointed. The instruction manual is very easy to understand and helpful. Making copies with the scanner is as simple as using a normal photocopy machine: Put your paper in and press the "copy" button and start, printing as many as you want.

It scans into files, it faxes, and of course, the normal printing features. I have never had a printer before that was so easy to change the inkjet cartridges on. It simply snaps into place and is ready to go. The paper feeder holds about 100 sheets, so running out of paper is not a constant hassle.

It has never grabbed two sheets of paper at a time, a problem I've had with all my other printers. And I have not EVER had a paper jam. Has Canon figured out the magical solution to these common problems? The quality of printing photographs is absolutely amazing.

The Canon Pixma MX310 is a wonderous piece of electronics. It has everything layed out for you, in print. Even an ole gal like me found no problem clicking and reading the info and wala...it worked just like the instructions said that it would..This printer does everything from faxing, scanning, photos, and printing and the qualityi is second to none. I recommend this product highly...and I am usually a synic when it comes to new products but this product never ceases to amaze me. Hey, hell yes, I'll do a commercial for them....!!...

I've owned this model for a little over a month. I paid just until $100 for it.

I did lots of research and read lots of reviews beforehand, and none mentioned how noisily it prints. I assume this is because it is cheap? Before this one, I have another Canon All-In-One - a more expensive model- it was much quieter, and performed actions more smoothly.

Also, I may have just gotten a lemon..but I've been having problems with the scanner for over a week. When I press the buttons to switch to scanner, it doesn't respond. I have to click on the actual icon for it to work.

I've had this product for too short a time for something to be going wrong- have to say I'm pretty disappointed in it.

I had almost always been a die-hard Hewlett Packard fan, and truly loved my old printer...until it broke down. Don't get me wrong, almost ALL of my other computer hardware is in fact HP, and I probably printed the very life out of my HP printer that had seriously lasted me for nearly five years. I do a BUNCH of printing for work - probably too much. Anyway...

When shopping for a new printer I was pretty sure I'd go right back to HP, but this new Canon printer won me over because not only did I mange to get an excellent deal, but there was plenty more "bang for your buck" in this package when comparing all my options. I highly recommend comparison shopping for this one, since I manged to get it for quite a bit less than the going price listed by Canon!

A combination fax, printer, copier and scanner is a MUST for me - no other way to operate my business, and therefore it was the only thing I was looking for. The printing quality is just as good as HP too. When I first bought my HP printer......
