It was great for a few months but then it stopped feeding paper. I changed the paper types and did everything I could think of but it wouldn't work. I found online that I wasn't alone with this problem. I contacted Canon and they were great about it. I gave the serial number to them and they offered a warranty exchange. They sent me a new one and I just had to drop the old one off at UPS with prepaid shipping. It is working fine again, which if it keeps working I will be a satisfied customer. However, I suspect that I may have this problema gain in the future. It also eats a bit of ink, seems to go through the cartidges fast and places like Walgreens that refills ink can't do this type. There are some places that will refill but beware, you will probably go through ink relatively fast. The quality is good and the price is really good. Customer service through canon was outstanding. If I don't have anymore problems I would love it.

I own a Canon Pixma MX300 multifunction printer, copier, fax, and scanner. This is my second printer in about nine years. My last one was a Canon also, and I really liked how well it worked, and how long it lasted This is a fantastic multifunction machine! It prints beautifully, and is not nearly as loud as my last printer. It makes great copies, and scans nicely. It does not use an inordinate amount of ink, which is a major plus. I refill my own cartridges, which is a bit of a hassle, but saves me quite a bit of money...costs about one-third of the price of cartridges. The scanner works just fine, and is handy to have included in this product. I have not yet used the fax, but I am sure it will work well also, as the other aspects of the machine are great. I have a small home business, and this has been the perfect working machine for me. It's more like a workhorse. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive small office multifunction product....
