I had seen this product before and was interested but felt it was a little too pricey for me. I figured Johnson and Johnson washes were gentle enough but then I read an organic baby products guide called "Healthy Baby Happy Home" that mentioned California Baby washes and how safe and gentle they are. I did some more investigating and read product reviews of moms who like it and I figured, yes its expensive but Im sure it will be worth it, so I bought it. I love how it smells and the nice, clean way it washes my baby's skin. She is only 4 months old so I dont have to use much to wash her so the bottle will last a while, which makes the price not so bad anymore. I'm glad I decided to try California Baby shapoo/wash and dont think I could ever to back to a "commercial" brand again!

I LOVE California Baby!!! I've spent hours researching chemicals in products and they make a lot of the "safer" ones. This stuff smells great too! My husband does not like that t doesn't "suds up" a ton but I'm fine with it. Body wash and shampoo in one and it works great for both! If you are chemical conscious, like me, get unscented or tree tea and lavendar. All of their stuff smells good, regardless! The downside is that you pay the price for quality and the bottles are almost all small. :(

I really like this shampoo,I have been using it on my daughter since she was 4-6 months old and she is 4 now.I first started using a popular brand shampoo on her when she was born and while I was reading the ingredients,I noticed there was coloring in the shampoo,do we really need any artificial colors in our shampoos,what are they in there for,I also didnt like any of the other ingredients in there as well(most,I have no idea what they are!).So,I looked into some natural shampoos and this one was rated very good on the EWGs website(Enviromenal Working Group).They rate how toxic alot of products are.So,I bought some and have not bought any other brand for my daughter since,it has no parabens,is tear free,no sulfates,has a fragrance free and a fragranced version(I alternate)and it really seems to clean my daughters hair very well,oh yeah,it can also be used as a bodywash too,so you dont have to use a seperate soap.Its a little pricey,but I totally think it is worth every scent,,,I mean cent.HA...

When I worked in the body care aisle at Whole Foods Market, California Baby Super Sensitive Shampoo & Bodywash was a huge seller for babies and adults. It is well-known for being one of the most gentle shampoo/body washes on the market in the world of natural products. People would buy it for their babies because it doesn't have a scent and because it is made with natural ingredients. Adults with very sensitive skin would use it because of the lack of irritants, fragrance and artificial ingredients.

California Baby says: "California Baby's concentrated, extremely mild, no fragrance formula is made to gently cleanse and soothe the most sensitive skin. California Baby's Super Sensitive Shampoo & Bodywash may be used for hair, face and body. Leaves hair noticeably shiny, soft and manageable."

I like that this product is a shampoo and body wash all-in-one. My son doesn't have sensitive skin, but the gentle ingredients don't bother his eyes and it cleans his hair and skin with all natural...

This is the greatest product. I love this body wash! I was startled when I found my daughter's old body wash on the Skin Deep website with a 5 hazard score. After doing some research I came across California Baby (which only has a 1 hazard score). Not only is it safe for my daughter, but it has a great smell and works really well. It is safe enough for my newborn as well. Although it is expensive, it is definitely worth it....
