I absolutely love Burt's Bees products because they are always high quality and made with natural ingredients, so I don't have to put any harsh chemicals on my skin. This Burt's Bees Lemon & Vitamin E Bath and Body Oil is great because it is the perfect way to pamper yourself at home and it really works on your skin to get it soft and moisturized. The first time I used this, I couldn't believe how great my skin felt. The product is made with lemon oil and vitamin e to not only work on softening your skin, but the scent is amazing. This is really relaxing and the perfect aromatherapy after a long day. The solution comes in a high quality glass bottle and isn't made with any harsh ingredients, so it won't irritate your skin. It really moisturizes my skin and I love that when I get out of the bath I don't have to apply an additional lotion or moisturizer, because my skin is already cleaned and moisturized. The product doesn't feel greasy and rinses off leaving my skin conditioned...

Quick View: I am not the biggest Burt's Bees fan but I have been using Burt's Bees Lemon & Vitamin E Bath and Body Oil on and off for ages. I really like the scent and, although it is an oil, it really isn't greasy like one would think. It's great stuff and all natural!

My Take on Burt's Bees Lemon & Vitamin E Bath and Body Oil

This product always came in a glass bottle but the last time I ordered online, it came in a plastic one. I'm not sure what's up with that but I am happy if they switched even though glass is recyclable and plastic isn't always so. The glass bottle was scary. It could easy fall and shatter.

This oil can be used in a bath or right on the skin. I tend to use it while I am still in the tub, after I rinse off. My skin is still moist and the oil slicks on well. My skin is instantly softer and smoother yet not greasy like one would imagine skin would be with oil on it. I have dry skin so maybe I just really need the hydration.

The scent is so good. I smell mostly lemon...

This is a fantastic way to keep your skin young without spending a fortune! I have oily and dry skin and it takes care of both issues, keeping my (over 40) skin looking fantastic. I have been using this for years as a makeup remover and a moisturizer. Its great for calming and healing the skin after IPL or microdermabrasion as well. Its has all natural ingredients that help promote healing that without the harsh chemicals (and often times alcohol) contained in most of the very expensive anti aging products found in Department stores....

Really locks in the moisture right after a bath without that 'baby' scent, it's clean and fresh and I know that the all natural ingredients are good for me. No petrol products....

I am a Mom of three and a massage therapist--very into natural products. This one is great because it has a wonderful scent--WITHOUT harsh chemicals. That is very important to me because I am sensitive to chemicals, and because I want to only put healthy products into and onto my children. My daughter was born 2 1/2 months premature, so her skin was very sensitive for a long time. I could use nothing on her skin after a bath except Burt's Bees oils. And, lemon oil is great for the skin too!...

I love trying new things and sometimes you run across something fantastic like this product! It smells wonderful and leaves skin so soft. I only have to complain about the glass bottle, it is a little cumbersome and if you're hands are wet, forget it. But there are more pros than cons so I definitely recommend you give it a try!...

This product not only SMELLS terrific, but it actually WORKS! This softens the skin when used right after a shower. Leave a bit of water on your skin - this clings right to it! Burt's Bees does not test on animals, nor do they use animal by-products - which most moisturizers do!!!! Great, great product. I definitely recommend....

this actually works on my 40 something dry skin. i usually pour one or two capfuls into a warm bath while bathing; then afterwards i smooth some onto my damp skin. that is all it takes! after that i don't find myself worrying about my skin until time for the next bath. no more putting on lotion everyday (i have very dry skin). this is easy to use, smells great, no bad chemicals, comes in a glass bottle (stays fresh), is easy to find (cvs or target) and i love it! also i love the baby bee apricot body oil. both of these are absolutely wonderful on my aging skin. try them!...

Just this past year, I found myself on a Burt's Bees kick and because I have to moisturize my skin daily, I thought I'd shake up things a bit and try a couple of their body-related products. This was the first on my list - Burt's Bees Vitamin E Body & Bath Oil with Sweet Almond Oil & Lemon Oil.

Why? I was initially attracted to it because of its aromatherapy properties. Plus, I'm a sucker for oils which act as replacements for creams and lotions.

And? Well, I like it.

I think the smell is incredible. I'm a big fan of almond and lemon and the two of them together are a great combination.
The scent remains with me for hours - but it's not obnoxious or offensive.
Lemon oils lift up my spirits, so it's difficult to be cranky with this stuff on.
It absorbs into my skin well - best if I use right after a shower....before I'm completely towel dried.
It doesn't stain or leave greasy residue on my clothing. A definite bonus!

So why isn't it five stars? Just because there's one, teensy,...
