I have tried many toners before using this and a few since because of difficulty finding it. I have never found one that compares. Is not harsh at all on my sensitive skin. Usually my skin turns red and patchy after using toners, etc. Try it if you have sensitive skin!!!...

Quick View: This is a gentle toner that I don't need but may be right for you. It's a good one for sensitive skin.

My Experience With This Toner
This toner is for more mature skin and I can tell because it isn't drying at all. It is somewhat oily in texture. The toner is clear and smells faintly of roses. I am not in love with the rose scent, but it fades quickly and isn't offensive. I use this toner on a cotton ball after cleansing my face. I don't see much dirt or residue on the ball but I do feel a veil of softness on my face. I am not sure if I like that feeling or not but I do have dry skin in the winter and moisture is always a good thing. If I use too much, though, my face feels sticky. I follow up with my usual moisturizer and my skin feels fine. I tried just using the toner and skipping the moisturizer but I need more hydration that any toner can give me.

This didn't sting or burn and it caused no breakouts. I just don't need it. My cleanser does a great job and my other products...
...
