I love everything baby by Burts Bees. I love the scent, the quality is so amazing. When my daughter is done in the bath i know shes clean and she smells great. The shampoo bar is great for travel, and great for babys who love to toss evrything in the tub and spill things. No mess is the best.
It may not be tear free, but its all natural with no harsh chemicals so if it does get in the eyes there is no stinging. Trust me....

I am always trying new things to help keep my grandchildren's skin moisturized and smooth. The baby has very sensitive skin, and this bar has been marvelous for her. Great lather and smells nice. It is always fantastic to be able to use more natural products and we use bee bar for other things, in different forms of course, so when I found this product I had to try it. I am so glas I did, I totally recommend it to all moms!!...

myoldkyhome says "Good for travel, NOT tear-free, not for us." about Burt's Bees Baby Bee Shampoo Bar

This baby bar was in a small kit that I bought to use for my little one. I am a loyal Burt's Bees user, as I LOVE their lip balm, shampoos and conditioners, lotions, face wash, etc..., but this product is NOT tear-free, and I didn't realize that until I was washing my child's hair and it ran down into her eyes, which made her cry because it burned them. I contacted Burt's Bees about this and was told that it isn't labeled as tear-free, and they sent me a free bottle of their tear-free body and hair wash, which I reallly love. It's too bad, because the bar is a nice concept for travel, but I don't plan on using any bath products that will cause my kiddo any kind of discomfort. I just don't see the point in making any kind of bath product for children that isn't tear-free.
...

typeamom says "What an amazing lather and cleaning from a shampoo bar!" about Burt's Bees Baby Bee Shampoo Bar

I was a bit skeptical when I bought the Burt's Bees Baby Bee Shampoo Bar. I bought it to have on hand just as a backup shampoo, or for use on a trip. Then I actually used it and I became a true believer! This shampoo bar easily has more soft, sudsy, cleaning lather than most bottled liquid baby shampoos.

It was so easy to lather up the bar, scrub baby down and rinse. The soap was scented, but very lightly.

During the bath, there were no complaints from the twins when soap drizzled in their eyes, so the no-tear ingredients are definitely working like they should.

Afterwards, each twin's hair was soft and smelled nice. It definitely seemed to have some strong moisturizing ingredients.

A look at the label shows it does have some great, natural ingredients. I am always examining labels to see how many unpronouncable and scary-sounding chemicals are in food and bath products.

The Baby Bee Shampoo Bar contains ingredients like buttermilk powder, oat protein, sweet
almond oil and rosebud powder.......
