I must share my feedback.

For years I have been a customer, used to the good customer service and friendly associates on the West coast (CA and OR).

Recently I relocated to Chicago IL and...what a surprise !!!

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The associates treat customers with ignorance. No "Hi", no "Buy", miserable faces, making me feel just like I want something for free, or as though I am interrupting their peace.

My observations: There are not enough cashiers during lunch breaks,

Long lines

Usually several employees standing around, socializing in their home language.

I cannot believe this is the same company that I know from the West coast.

Training how to treat customer should be a priority.

In getting involved with my local community theater, I have to do my best to get supplies under budget since the group is just starting out. While looking for costume pieces, I stopped at the Burlington Coat Factory and found what I needed for more than half of the prices I had budgeted!

I browsing around, I coudn't help but look at some prices on items for myself and found many great deals!

With the state of the current economy, I feel the need to bring attention to places where citizens can save money without sacrificing wants or needs. The Burlington Coat Factory is one of the places I recommend putting on your errand list this holiday season. Not only do they have great prices, but it's a one stop department store shop!

Now, the floor crew could be a bit more helpful with the customers and the store is a bit cluttered, but if you don't mind these down falls, this store will save you some bucks!

I buy alot of my kids clothing at burlington coat factory because they have a baby depot.one time my son and me went to the mall and did not have a stroler so I just bought a new umba stroler for a little over 10.00 they have every name brand clothing Item I can think of and I usually get pretty good deals. but if you have to small kids its kinda hard because there is usually a 30 min or more wait everytime we go.they need more sales clerks and the store is usually messy if you go do it for the deals and try not to look at the mess. lol !!!! ...

Love thoer name brand clothes at discount prices, I wish they variety incorporated selctions from other cities but an overall great place to shop!...

I was helping my sister look for maternity wear, registry locations, and gift ideas for her impending shower....Burlington Coat factory has great items at reasonable prices. There is some variation between stores, so if you like it when you see it---buy it! If you are soon-to-be mom, party planner, or gift giver Baby Depot is the place to go! You can also find many other shopping items here....like cute decor for the baby's room, fun clothes for all the family, and great all-season jackets. Locations at Stratford Mall, North Riverside, and Glen Ellyn are all great....
