I think that Burger King's Apple Fries are the best thing since sliced bread. My 3 year old

daughter was addicted to french fries and I could not get her to try the McDonald's apple

dippers for anything. Even intising her with the not so healthy carmel dip, she still

wanted the french fries. One day when we went to Burger King I thought that I would try

the apple fries. When I got them she right away asked what they were because they did

not look like the apple dippers from McDonald's. I told her that they were french fries

made from apples. Since they look like french fries this made her want to try them.

She looked at me with big eyes and said Mom these are really good french fries. They

taste like apples!!! I smiled and the lady behind us started laughing. To my surprise the

next time we went she asked if she could get the fries that tasted like apples. I wish they

would have more apples in the order but i think that it is a very creative and helpful

way to get...

Some days are too busy to even think about preparing a meal at home. Hate the idea of feeding my children fast food, sometimes given time frame there is no other option. Tired of the chicken and french fries. Was so happy when I found out that Burger King put a twisit on American's unhealthy french fry. My daughter asked for fries and she was given the apple fries. She was dissapointed at first, but now she is hooked and I am so happy with the new healthy option. I don't feel so bad feeding them fast food, atleast I know they have a healthier option then all fried food dinner.

While returning from running an errand in Berwyn today, as I approached a bus stop, three things happened all at once: 1) I just missed the northbound 311 (Oak Park Avenue) Bus, 2) it clouded up and looked like it was going to rain and 3) there was a Burger King's which seemed like an inviting port in the storm. Let's hear it for BK for the large, easily legible poster of nutritional information they had hanging on the wall directly next to the entrance. Of course, the insight it provided was pretty much academic since I always break down and order a Whopper with Cheese at a place like this -- it is an almost inevitable knee-jerk reaction type of thing.

This time, however, instead of ordering French Fries, I opted for something I hadn't tried before -- BK Fresh Apple Fries. This treat (obviously geared toward the kiddies) consists of sticks cut from freshly peeled apples which are fashioned and colored to look exactly like real fries. Although I would have preferred a slightly...

These apple fries are the greatest. My kids love them and really don't even miss the "regular" fries. What a smart idea and I even get them put in the box so the kids don't even know what they are missing. Thanks BK from a mom that's trying to find value, nutrition and good taste for her children.

MMM!!! Great new addition, and food. Delicious and Nutritious ! Would hope to get more in the package, that would be good. I will probably get more in the future because they are good and nutritious and healthier than french fries. They are perhaps too much money for the little amount you get, but the kids will eat them even though they are not really french fries they think they are cause they are shaped like them....

When I first heard of apple fries I thought it was a new fast food product of apple flavored french fries. Luckily I was wrong and found something delicious. Burger King Apple Fries are the freshest piece of granny smith apples sliced into french fries shape. They are the healthy alternative to greasy fast food and the perfect side dish to a veggie burger at my new favorite fast food restaurant. I love how crispy and delicious these apple fries taste and they are perfect for snacking. Burger King Apple Fries are in a word: delicious! They are fresh, crisp and the perfect shape for little hands. They are truly apples and taste like Mom just sliced you a fresh apple! They do not have that chemically treated aftertaste that the 'McDonald's dippers' have. I have not had one with any brown spots on it like I have had with 'McDonald's dippers'. Both come with a caramel sauce that I do not even offer to my son. So no comment there.

Let me give you the ultimate review ... my 2 year old asks for the apple fries by name and finishes each and everyone, every-time! We always have wasted apple slices with McDonald's dippers.

Let me finish this way, we are now a Kid's Meal eating family and we are happier then when we were eating Happy Meals!...
