I myself am not a coffee drinker. I have never really enjoyed it, no matter what kind of coffee, what flavor, or what coffee maker made it. My husband on the other hand loves coffee. We were recently married and when we were at the store, making a list for the bridal shower, he made sure that a Bunn coffee maker was on that list. But I was very shocked at the price. Who would possibly spend $150 on a simple coffee maker. But I got a huge speech on why a Bunn coffee maker is so much greater than any other one. My husband told my that coffee taste so much greater from this product and that you haven't tasted real coffee unless it's made from a Bunn coffee maker. I find the only set back with these coffee makers is their high price because needless to say no one got us that coffee maker. I was not too sad but my husband was. I believe if you want a great quality made coffee, a Bunn maker would be a great choice. But you have to be willing to pay for it.

My Mother In Law has this Bunn Coffee Maker and my husband insisted that we get one, he fell in love with it while he was there on a visit. It's a bit pricer the others but well worth it. It's done brewing in 3 minutes. It's easy to use and easy to clean and won't take up much room on your counter. It's doesn't have an automatic timer on it but with that speed you really don't need one. We have the black one with stainless steel accent to match our other appliances. One thing is you have to make sure reservoiris always full, if not then you will get a half pot of coffee. We just make sure when we pour the water in that it is completely to the top so you get a full pot of coffee each and every time. you can even choose to turn the burner on or off prior to brewing. It's great for the weekend we don't have to wait long for the coffee to finish brewing with that speed. My husband wishes they would make a 12 cup one though so he can get more cups out of each pot.

I have ever had a Bunn Coffee maker till about two years ago and I never knew that coffee could brew faster than it did in the coffee pot that I had. The only reason I got a Bunn Coffee maker is because the one I had finaly stopped working and my husbond said that all his mother used was Bunn Coffee makers and that they last a long time if taken care of right. I love the bunn coffee maker because now when ever I want coffee I don't have wate for the water to warm up because there is always warm water in the coffee maker at all times....

Nothing makes coffee like a Bunn coffee maker. It makes coffee immediately, don't have to wait for water to get hot before brewing. Tank in rear of machine stores the hot water. Just add fresh water into coffee maker, close lid, and there you have your coffee. Brews a great cup of coffee too. The only thing I don't like is deposits from my well water accumulates on the inside where the water shoots through the grounds gets clogged over a period of time. Wish the manufacturer had a better way of cleaning it. It is a little pricey, but well worth the extra money for good right now coffee. Wish I could take it on vacations, it is hard using those cheap coffee makers that they provide in hotels and condos. They make the coffee bitter. Bunn is really smoooooth!!!! When we have guests over, they always have plenty of compliments about the good coffee. That's a Bunn for ya !!!!

I don't know about customer service, never had to call them about any problem. Don't need a timer on it either....

This is the 2nd Bunn we own..we have one upstairs and one downstairs. It is so quick and it has a reservoir to keep water in so that each time you brew it is HOT coffee..the warming plate just keeps it warm..does not burn the coffee.

I first had a Bunn many years ago and it lasted for 15 years. I just got another one as a gift and I love it! It's wonderful to wake up in the morning and be able to have coffee in 3 minutes. Not only that, but it tastes great, never bitter and of course the aroma will have you on your knees! I can use really cheap coffee and it still tastes wonderful! I don't buy the Bunn filters to go with the pot, I just use regular filters in mine and it does a great job. I will never have another type of coffee pot as long as I am drinking coffee. This one is top of the line. I am considered a coffee "snob" to some of my friends and family so if I say this one is great, they believe me!...

The Bunn 10 cup coffeemaker has been a staple of my family for years. I love the ability to pour the water into the machine and have hot brewed coffee coming out immediately. No wait! My Dad and his wife also have one and in fact, they bought me my first one when I was in college. What a fantastic gift for a bust college student on the go! It costs a mere $99 in most places, and has lasted me 15 yrs. I have replaced mine twice, and so has my Dad and his family. We all agree that $99 for 15 yrs. is well worth it for this machine! Who knows, yours might last you 20 if you take real good care of it :-)...

I love this Bunn coffeemaker! It always makes a pot of coffee fast and hot. I wouldn't know what to do without it! I can brew 2 pots of coffee in less than 5 minutes and the last pot is as good and hot as the first. I've owned this for at least 2 years, now....

very easy to understand, good size, but comes Without Built-in GrinderPause-and-serve: Has no Pause-and-serve functionCup , Has no Cup Warming Surface , Has no Timer for Water Source. it has a tank heater and will turn off when the unit is not in use for several days. i think it should be a day or have a timer. do do think it is worth the money. can get more for the same price....

I love the Bunn Brand Coffee Makers. They are dependable. I drink coffee everyday and I have to have one that can last long. Most coffee makers i have ever used last about 2 years and something goes wrong. I have this exact same one and it has not caused me any trouble. I bought it at wal-mart at a pretty good price for a bunn brand....

This coffee maker is simple to use, as are many others, and is undoubtedly fast at brewing a cup of joe to kick you off quickly. However I prefer an extra 5-7 minutes to enjoy the full flavor of my brew. In my opinion this coffee maker is nearly last in the line-up of coffee makers, especially for the price.

I have owned my Bunn coffee maker for 17 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It had a leaky seal a few years ago, I called the 1-800 number, gave them my model number and 3 days later I had a new seal in the mail---FREE OF CHARGE!!!!! You can't get a better cup of coffee from any other machine out there (I know - I've tried) or a company that backs their products the way they do!!!!!...

I have owned Bunn coffee makers now for twenty some odd years and I wouldn't live without one. There is just no way to beat a fresh, hot pot of coffee in only 3 minutes! When I started with my first unit many years ago, I was drinking store bought, preground coffee in a can. Since then, I have progressed to grinding my own beans that I get from a gourmet coffee club once a month. Unbeatable! The Bunn coffee maker, which ever model you choose, is probably the best you can buy for your money simply because it has no moving parts to break and they last for years if you perform proper maintenance on them. And there is no getting around having a fresh pot of coffee to serve to unexpected guest in less than 5 minutes.

You will need to make sure to turn off the unit if you plan on not using it for longer than a week or more. You could end up boiling the reservoir dry and thus burning out the heating element. And it is a little bit taller than other makers.
