I have always purchased pineapple in the can in either chunks or slices. About a year ago, my youngest son, now seven, became fascinated with whole pineapples when his aunt had one at her house. She cut him a piece and since that time, the canned pineapples are no longer good enough for him! I figured that if I now had to buy whole pineapples, I had better have something to slice and core them with. I found the Brylane Home Pineapple Corer-Slicer for around $12.99 and it has been a Godsend!

About this Pineapple Corer-Slicer

This plastic corer-slicer peels, cores and slices pineapples but does so with a twist. It works like a corkscrew. The pineapple is peeled into a perfect spiral, leaving the shell intact to be used to serve fruit or to simply just toss away. The slicer is dishwasher safe and is made in Holland.

My Experience

A few months ago, I didn't even know that this little gadget existed. Now, I use it all the time. We love pineapple and there is no comparison to eating it fresh from...

We ordered the Brylane from a demonstation that we saw on TV . When we recieved the item we were surprised it was as easy as they showed on TV. In addtion to it's ease to use, it is tool that keeps cutting up pineapple a clean easy process....

My boys love pineapple this utensil makes it easy to core the pineapples leaving less mess and even better no waste....

The wonderful product of Brylane Pineapple corer was a godsend for my breakfast. I was in charge of feeding 250 people for a breakfast brunch at the Elks lodge. We were serving fres h fruit for our brunch and this item saved a lot of time and energy for our buffet table. I just cut of the top of the pineapple and ran the Brylane Pineapple corer through the pineapple and it was ready to put on the display table. A great item I will keep for my next brunch....

Home Pineapple Corer-slicer

This is the best gaget, cuts pinapple in perfect rings~ no waste; the shell holds the pinapple juice & can be used to serve too, very Lauau festive~ I love it and strongly recommend it to anyone that buys fresh pineapple, I swear you'll love it too.

It looks like a neat little tool, but I get more pineapple and better slices doing it the

"Old Fashioned" way. Just use a sharp knife.
